I'm embarrassed that I didn't read the reviews of this company before calling them, as this experience could have been avoided. The sensor in my ice machine that gauged when the bin was full stopped working, and so the ice would end up overflowing. The repairman who came to my house today didn't even inspect the ice maker. He merely removed the cover to the ice and then said the only option was to put in an entirely new machine. When I asked him whether the service fee ($99) would be subtracted from the cost of the new ice maker, instead of answering he said, "M'am, M'am, look what it says here
