Worst company on the planet to work with. Butchered the install on a $5k AC condenser three times. For starters they removed the wrong Ac condenser, then they flooded my townhouse from the top floor. They failed to fix it, so I hired someone else, which they said they would pay for, which they never did. So I had to pay for the service a second time, then when I disputed the charges to my credit card company they lied to retain the funds. Now they owe me $1000 dollars and won't pay. Bill the manager is screening my calls and text and I leave three messages a week for the owners to call me back

Same day service with a very knowledgeable and professional technician. The issue with the dryer was fixed but, as I suspected, the upcharge on parts was huge. Parts charge was $190 and I found the exact same parts needed plus a few more for less than $30. Labor is reasonable and the work was more than I could handle. $350 later and I have a working Samsung dryer.

Called in the early morning (9am) to schedule service on our washer and dryer. Was told by the person answering the phone the scheduler was away from their desk and would call back in a few minutes. I called again about 1pm after no one called me to schedule, and was told the same thing. No one has contacted me yet, after 4pm. Not sure if the company is still in business. It seems odd that they would still have an answering service but not schedule appointments or return calls.

Dishonest company. I had a simple repair to my dishwasher. The service tech was at my residence for approximately a half hour. He charged me $178 for labor. I thought this was too high, so I decided to also look up the cost of the part. The part was marked up 70%. I will never use this company again, as they have clearly take advantage of people.

Very happy with the service of my refrigerator. Glad I didn't need to buy a new one and was able to keep the old one. I have used their services in the past with a different repair guy. But the service this time was as good as last.

Called to access their services. Gave them my information was told they would get back to me. Waited, no one contacted me. Called again, was told they would get back to me. Waited. And again no one contacted me.

Situation was immediately rectified. Was contacted promptly, my appointment was set up immediately. Arnold came out, and was kind, told me what the situation was with the my dryer and washer. The team at DBAR is on top of things. Thanks guys!

The team at DBAR is wonderful. They responded quickly upon my first inquiry and were on time in the window they originally provided. Alex was efficient and fixed our dryer.
We had an issue in that the dryer's original problem was fixed, but we then experienced another issue. No questions asked, they came back out and did a full repair of the second issue at no additional cost. The repairman said that he didn't believe that the second issue resulted from fixing the first issue, but didn't hesitate to make sure that we were satisfied. I will absolutely call DBAR whenever one of my appliances needs
