I explained to the repair man the issues we've been having with LG refrigerator. How a previous tech, different company came out, diagnosed problem as motherboard and fans weren't working. Got motherboard and asked this company to install. For 10 minutes worth of work they told they charged $180. Not a big deal. However, when I asked the guy if he was going to check the fans after he installed motherboard, he just said it takes 30 minutes to do updates, so wait 24 hours and tell me if it works or not. In addition, he checked the compressor and told me it's so new he doesn't know if it's working

Fantastic job! I had been without my washing machine for days. Kody came out and, diagnosed the issue with my washing machine and fixed it the same day! He explained what he was doing and the customer service was fantastic! I absolutely recommend them for anyone looking for a great appliance fix with wonderful people doing the job!

Worst customer service I've seen in 27 years in business. Worked on two of our convection ovens, still not working. Wouldn't return our phone calls and when we finally got ahold of the service manager, he said he was too busy to talk to us and that he didn't know anything about the issue, but then proceeded to tells us that the ovens worked. Bottom line, don't get taken by this company.

Our business has used Metro Appliance countless times over the past decade. They are always able to repair our appliances. Their techs are professional, knowledgeable, and most importantly they are honest. Their repairs are always well done and they respond quickly. We would recommend them to any restaurant in need of equipment repair.

We had them out twice to repair our commercial oven. The first time they told us we needed a bunch of new parts, which we paid for and had installed. The oven was not fixed and the same problem occurred. I called them back and they came back and replaced several other major parts. The entire experience cost $2500 which I could have used to buy a new oven. The techs were okay, but the person on the phone was super rude and gave really bad customer service. Do yourself a favor and use Hawkins Appliance Repair in Denver instead.

Technicians are rude, they don’t know what they’re doing. They diagnose the wrong problems and charge you for fixing them. My business was charged 500+ for “cleaning” a grill that was less than 2 years old. Let your browsers surf and find a new company. Never will I use them in my establishments again.
