Same story. Came removed awning & didn't return them. Threw away my old fabric and claims he ordered new. David has my money & I have nothing. It's been 6 weeks. If he intended to really do the work, he would first check to see if the fabric is available. Why take them off the building without having the new fabric.

FABULOUS -- was my experience working with Morgan Awning & David. When I went to put my awning up at the beginning of the season it was not useable - I found holes everywhere. I called Morgan Awning and David came right out and gave me a price on the spot with turn around time of approx. 3 weeks. I shared with David I was having a bridal shower in less than 2 weeks. I was overwhelmed when he called a week later to say my awning was done! They came to install it with 3 days to spare before the shower. And the best part is the quality of their work is excellent!

This is the second permanent awning that I have purchased from Morgan Awning ( the first 13 years ago ) and I cannot recommend this company highly enough. The quality of the fabric is durable and beautiful; the workmanship is flawless ; the installation was done exactly when promised and the owner a pleasure to work with. I had a great experience with Morgan Awning Systems. David Yennaco was the point person and coordinator and was very knowledgeable and always answered my calls. They put up a very large awning for me at a very exposed location (Jetties Beach Bar and Restaurant) on Nantucket. It has withstood 100 MPH winds. They were on time and on budget. Awnings are expensive but I felt their pricing was fair and the finished product has handled the elements and given us shelter from the storms.

Morgan Awning recently installed an awning over my restaurants patio. I could not possibly have more pleased with the service I received as well as the finished product I ended up with. I found them very responsive to my calls and questions, and very fair and easy to deal with. I am thrilled with the awning they installed, and have, and will continue to, strongly recommend them. Terrible to deal with. We call and call to get our awning taken down or put up. No one answers the phone or returns calls. When we finally get someone we are promised to be "the next house." But then it will rain or threaten to rain and we never hear from them. We start the process all over again and are told it will be 4 days, despite the fact that before we were "the next house."
And, to top it off, they make you pay before they do the work. They have always been expensive, but this year went up in price!

Horrible service, unresponsive by phone or email. I paid half of what my awning will cost in October have not heard nothing since. I just learned a great lesson, should have checked Morgan Awnings Yelp reviews before calling them and writing them a check. I haven't had a phone call returned in weeks and I am assuming I will never see my awning. I would love to change this review to something positive and if they ever call, email or show up, I'll amend this review immediately, but for right now, I think I've just been ripped off.
