Another year has passed and Cheryl still has our $8000 deposit that she won't give back. 2 years now since we started this project. We are now going to be taking them to court over our money. Do not use this company they are robbers. They have stole lots of peoples money just read their reviews. Search everywhere online and you will see that they consistently have taken peoples deposits and not returned the money or done the jobs. They also just shut off communication . The most incompetent group of people i have ever worked with.

Would actually give about four and a half stars out of 5.Was getting frustrated when I had no contact after 8 weeks,But was assured in my follow-up calls that awning was shipped and I would be contacted within 24 hrs to schedule installation,yet heard nothing back for 2weeks until was surprised by a call that the installers would be out the next day.
The installation team was very thorough and professional and did an awesome job.The awning is beautiful and have already enjoyed hours under it. Can't stress enough what a superior product it is.My only negative comment is while I understand that

Atlantic Awning is amazing!! I had a special project that they were incredibly helpful with. We wanted to make a cover for our dog crate and needed a company that could see through thicker fabric. They figured all the measurements and did the sewing. It came out spectacular! They were open minded, totally service oriented and their communication was exceptional!

I highly recommend this awning company. I ordered a vestibule for my restaurant and they did a great job. They are working on a patio awning for my other restaurant location at the moment. Everything was made custom to suit my exact entryway needs. Great attention to detail and I love one family owned business helping another!

Buyer BEWARE!!! Please don t hire Atlantic Awning!! They will take your money and won t put it towards the production of your awning. I put a deposit down on an awning April 5th 2019 after having the owner, Cheryl Yennaco come to my home and choose the awning to be installed. I asked Cheryl how long it would take from deposit to install and she said 6 weeks. At that point I decided to hire Atlantic awning. Once 6 weeks came and went I called them to find out the status. They said that I they would be installing the following week and would call me the Friday before to schedule. Needless to say

I wish I could write a review without even giving a single star to this extremely poor managed company. As an interior designer I have worked with numerous companies in the past for clients in many different states, never in my experiences I had to put up with a company with such dishonest, unorganized, poorly managed, horrible customer service!! If It was possible, no star. This company is completely dishonest. Cheryl Yennaco is a liar . After sending 50% deposit , over $1000 for some awnings to be installed on my store, and being told for several months that the job was going to be done soon, I was told that they could not perform the job. And of course, my deposit will be sent back to me soon. I have been waiting for the check for the past few months. I am now suing them. These people should not be allowed to stay in business and keep ripping people off. Stay away from them. I only wished I had read some reviews about them Apparently

Ordered my awning at the end of March 2016 and sent my custom colors to them mid April 2016. Was told would be installed sometime by May 2016. May got pushed off for delivery, talked to the owner said my awning was in but had scheduling issues on a large order. Called 2 other times and was told it was in and scheduling would reach out to me. Today, was told not in and have to reorder a part as it was bad. Should be a zero except when they finally installed it after almost 3 months since I ordered it the installers did a good job. However, the sales guy Mark and the office staff are worthless. Never heard from Mark after he took my money. Office staff had no clue where my awning was or what was taking so long. Mark said I would have it in 4-5 weeks when I ordered it in April. Office staff never called me, even after it had come in. I had to make a stink to get an instillation appointment and that was over 2 weeks after they had it. Stay away. Don't believe anything Mark says in his sales pitch

Mark and his team did an excellent job at creating and installing a custom Pergola Canopy for our house north of Boston. Looks like it has been there for years; classic design, will probably outlast how long we own the house.
