From the begging of the project, the initial design and drawings, everything was executed very professional and efficiently. Florin was always very attentive to the job and to our concerns, any problems were answered and resolved quickly, and was also able to quickly resolve issues with the city and we were able to get our permits fairly quickly so we can quickly begin our project. BuildemInc and crew acted very professional and prompt every day; very productive and efficient with time. Work done was exactly what was promised with no unwanted surprises. We have used them to complete several renovations for our schools, both indoor projects example children’s restrooms to outdoor shade structures just to name a couple. Very professional! Buildem did a great job renovating our school inside and out. They built out 3 new shaded structures, a bike path, walking trails, toilets and flooring just to name a few. All the work was completed using the highest quality of materials, insuring the structures long term durability, and everything looks great too! They are very reliable and always showed up when they said they would.
