Whether we are supervising a small remodel, or building a custom estate, our success stems largely from a dedication to two factors: organization and communication. All IKON projects are assigned a supervisor from the initial survey through to project completion. On-site personnel carry cell phones, Black Berry PDA computers, and laptops - making all IKON Construction supervisors and project managers available at any time throughout the project.

We Provide and assign a professional Project manager to each project to ensure quality control, schedule maintenance, budget control, and a safe and efficient work site.
Start with understanding your tastes. Get some scissors and a stack of magazines. Cut out any picture that intrigues or inspires you. Snip swatches of color, too, using everything from ads to feature articles. Then separate them into piles along with any color chips and material samples (ribbon, fabric, tile, wallpaper) you may have collected.
Each home by Ikon Construction has an assigned superintendent responsible for constructing your home, overseeing all the workers and ensuring the final product meets all expectations. The team concentrates on a logical, step-by-step process. There is a natural flow to the work. We won't start something until the previous phase comes to full completion, says one of our superintendents.
