Communication was excellent, showed up on time did the job professionally and clean. Offered a way better Warrenty and more parts for the price versus a few others I talked to. He was polite and helped move items out of the way in my garage along with put them back. Would definitely recommend this company.

I called for a garage door opener repair to find out mine was 21 years old. Yuval, the owner, suggested replacement which I agreed. He was punctual, courteous and very knowledgeable! The new opener has a camera on WiFi. He stayed and set up my phone application and even programmed my car. Yuval is kind and very helpful!! I couldn't recommend him more!

Loyalty response is very fast, they took care of the problem on the spot, and provided a general inspection to the garage and fixed other small things here and there. Also installed a new keypad and advised me to use the same keypad for both doors to save money.

Yuval was great. The same day I called him, he came out for the free inspection. The very next day he installed our new garage opener. He also oiled & tightened the garage door. He thoroughly explained the top of the line opener with additional features we never had before. I will use him again for the other opener when it needs replacement and for future service calls.

Yuval was able to very quickly service my garage door, but what I most appreciate is his advice. He gave me some suggestions on how to do basic maintenance myself. He also let me know that my garage door opener was underpowered for the door. Instead of trying to upsell me, he told me how to identify when it would become a problem.

My garage door spring broke abruptly,, then the opener ripped the bracket off the door. I called a different garage door repair company and they said the door was unrepairable, and they wanted $2200 for a new door/spring.
Yuval came out, arrived on-time, SAID MY DOOR WAS REPAIRABLE!
He replaced the bracket and spring for a VERY REASONABLE price of $500.
This is an honest man with a great work ethic and integrity!

Spring repair completed in 1 hour!
Yuval was punctual, professional and knowledgeable. The spring was not only repaired but the door is now properly balanced, lubricated and running silky smooth. In addition to completing the repair, he was able to correct a couple other issues caused by another garage opener installer for no extra charge.

I discovered my garage would not open at 2:30 pm yesterday. After examination I discovered a broken coil spring. I did a Yelp search Yuval Raz from Loyalty Garage Doors Orange County was the first to respond. Lots of good reviews so I made an appointment for the following day. Yuval called me back and said he was actually not to far from me and could come take a look right away. By 5:30 pm, just 3 hours after I first discovered the door to be broken, Yuval with Loyalty Garage Doors had new coil springs installed, new cable's, and realized and tuned up additional things to make the garage door

I've had some bad luck getting someone reliable to work on our garage door. I talked to one company on the phone who never bothered to follow up and another that were outright con men.
Luckily we came across Yuval who does great work and will deal with you in an upfront, honest manner. He doesn't try to upsell and in our case quickly put in a new opener to replace our 20 year old unit. He explained all the new widgets on these newer units and remotes and everything works smoothly. Go with this company and you'll be glad you did.
