In the midst of a terrible week, our furnace went out and we were left to freeze in the cold. We didn't know who to call so we asked a friend and she recommended technicair. We were in the market for an AC unit after these ever increasing summer temperatures in Colorado. Technic Air not only got us in much faster than most companies could even get a quote done, at a more reasonable price, but had us installed within a week, providing a thorough explanation on how to best take care of our AC system. This company is the best! After having a terrible experience with another company (where I got totally ripped off and the unit was left unfixed) I was nervous to have someone else come in and do the same. Brian was recommended to me by a neighbor and I couldn’t be happier with the service. I called on a Monday, he was able to swing in on a Tuesday- and my place went from its usual 80 degrees to a freezing (ha) 71 by Tuesday night. Brian is amazing. I originally met Brian when he installed a steam humidified in my house a few months ago. He did a great job and it works really well in the dry CO climate. Definitely recommended. More recently I had a problem with my AC. I'm somewhat handy and Brian was super helpful at giving me some tips over the phone that enabled me to fix my problem myself. Can't say enough about these guys. They've certainly earned my business going forward.

Our air conditioner stopped working yesterday. It was 98 degrees, my 45th birthday, and we had plans at home to celebrate. I called 34 companies in the Denver area. Most companies just laughed at me when I asked if they had emergency availability today and stated that they were booked for emergency service until July! A few were able to put me on a… “maybe” or standby list for something in the next week or so. I left Brian a voicemail. I had my furnace inspected/serviced by another company and was quoted $1500 in major repairs and told it would be best to buy a new unit. I contacted Technic Air Mechanical to get an estimate on a furnace. Brian took a look at my furnace and showed me exactly what the problem was - really just needed to be vacuumed/cleaned out and now runs much better. Instead of trying to make a sale by telling me to replace my unit like 3 other companies did prior, he said it would likely last 2 more years and I could wait if I wanted. Had an emergency with our water heater not working (Business location) and not having hot water for customers and employees is not an ideal situation when it’s below freezing outside. Contacted Kristin and Brian (Both owners) and Brian was here within a couple of hours and had us up and running. We were expecting to replace our water heater, and would have spent the money, but the honesty with this company is unbelievable, he found wiring issues, fixed everything and we were up and running in under an hour. An amazing company, honest and ethical. A must use company!! Thank you Technic Air!!

Brian came in to clean up a mess that someone else created when installing my AC. He walked in, assessed the job and looked at me and said "What do you want me to do?" I told him what I wanted aesthetically and he incorporated it into everything the inspector tagged. He gave me time-frames, arrived when he said he would and promptly called to let me know if there were any delays. He took care of everything I asked for and more. He is very knowledgeable and professional. He will be my future go to guy for any services he provides.
