They are a fraudulent company with technicians that have no clue what they’re doing. They misdiagnosed our AC unit, said our Freon was low, charged crazy money to fill it, which wasn’t the issue and didn’t correct the problem. Then tried to sell us a compressor for $8K. Called a different company who came out fixed the issue (bad capacitor) in 30… minutes…oh and then we had to pay them to pump the Freon out of the system Express Pros put in! They have no moral compass and refused to help rectify it. Oh and their misdiagnosis caused our home warranty not to cover
