The Tech was very informative on what kind of filters that we needed to buy. As well as what location to buy them at. Finney Mechanical is awesome! We woke up early to cold air blowing out of our vents. Our house was chilly and of course, snow was in the forecast. I called Finney Mechanical expecting to leave a message (it was early), but Gary answered! Gary was honest (asked me when our filters had last been replaced) and kind. He got us scheduled for that morning with his son, Tyler. Tyler came out and spent time going through our whole furnace to find the issue. Turns out it was a dirty area behind the blower - a safety switch tripped because of the dirt. So, we just needed a good maintenance visit and Tyler

We had a complicated situation with our HVAC system and were told to replace it by several companies. After a recommendation from a friend I called Finney.
Gary and his team came in and offered us a fair price to repair it instead and get what use we can from our existing system and also make it more efficient. It took a few days in total (again, it was complicated), but the team stayed until the job was done each day and they were responsive when we had any questions or concerns along the way. Wow!!! These guys were great. Can't recommend them enough. They communicated clearly prior to the appointment with reminders and arrival times. Then they showed up on time, and knew exactly what they were doing when they diagnosed and worked on our evaporative cooler. Very polite. Very knowledgable. Very respectful of our home and also wore masks the entire time they were here. A good value too. I will use Finney Mechanical forever and recommend them to others too.

These guys have come out at least 5 times to my parents house and they came out yesterday for my condo- need a new electric water heater. They beat their competition not only in price (and seriously their price is incredible) but in service. Took me a full 12 hours after a tech came from another company to get a quote. These guys had a quote for me before they came out. Quote did not change after they installed everything. Their work is always perfect. Their manners are also perfect. They are always extremely quick (who replaces a water heater within a few hours during a pandemic?!?). Look no further

I have used Finney Mechanical twice now. First for a service call. My heater went out. Called and had a tech out within a few hours. Tech text when he was in route. Arrived m time wearing a mask. Very polite and professional. Troubleshooted the problem within 5-10 min. Super easy fix. Tech had the part on truck.
Second time I used them they hooked up my mini split for my detached that I bought online. Super fare price. Again, great communication! Received a call saying he was going to be a few minutes late. Received text when he was in route. Andy did a great job booking everything up.

I will use this company again. They called me back right away, gave me tips to troubleshoot first, knowledgeable, show up on time, friendly and price is right!
Our furnace stopped working and usually I have the time to troubleshoot and fix it myself. With this incident I did not have the time and a storm was coming in and we needed heat asap. This company came out the same day and fixed the furnace promptly. After calling around a few places I settled on this company. I'll use them again and highly recommend them to everyone looking!

Unfortunately there is no 0 star for me to rate this company . This is the most unprofessional company I have ever experienced! DO NOT Use their service if you want to watch out your Pocket!
First of all once once the heating is not working in the house I went on Yelp to check and see what company to call just like everyone else . Unfortunately this company didn't deliver what they were saying on the site . Paid them $98 the first time when they showed up . The heating wasn't fixed. Said will come back second day with parts or so... then I stated over a week waiting for them to come

My Mom and Step Dad were staying with me in Denver, as they had to emergency-evacuate from their home in Estes Park, due to the dangerous fires there.
The next day, my gas furnace decided to no longer stay lit, the eve before a massive cold front was to arrive with a 50 degree temperature drop. #*&Q$*$&#)!
Freezing Weather being great for the fires, no-so-good for us.

Gary and his crew do such a great job. They show up when scheduled, which is as soon as possible, competently do the job and clean up afterward. Prices are reasonable. We had them install a new A/C and attic fan this spring. They have come back a couple of times for concerns we have had-none of them their fault and have graciously dealt with the issues. We would highly recommend!

Our furnace went out in the middle of the night, and we woke to a freezing cold house. Gary was able to come out to evaluate our 18-year old furnace and quote us a new one the next day. He gave us the option to fix our current furnace, but it just didn't make sense. Additionally, Gary worked with us and our budget to get us the right solution for our needs. Quick response and repair when I really needed it! Our furnace went out on a Saturday when the weather was nice but the forecast was for below freezing. I was praying someone could help us and Gary came to the rescue!

Gary's the man and the only guy I'd let work on my house. He's bailed me out a few times on other projects. And he's just a fun guy to work with. He has a hard job to do when your AC or furnace goes out at 8pm but he's super responsive and will always get it fixed. Pricing is good and he knows HVAC up and down. Thanks Gary and team!
