My mom has 20 year old white carpets in her house and Jon always does a great job of getting them clean including getting out stains from pets and shoe stains from two boys who work on cars for a living. My carpets are only two years old and we don’t wear shoes in our house so I didn’t think they could possibly be that dirty but I was amazed at how much better the carpet on my stairs was when he was finished. He doesn’t leave the carpet very wet and they dry pretty quick. He is always professional, thorough, punctual and kind.

Have used Jon's Roto Clean process for years and shame on me, have never taken the trouble to comment. This system the best I've used in over 30 years to clean our carpeting. Jon is reasonable in pricing and due to the results I've experienced, wouldn't switch for anything cheaper!

Absolutely amazed – and somewhat horrified at what Jon was able to pull out of our carpets. We vacuum regularly, and have one of the fancy rainbow vacuums that I thought was getting a ton of stuff out of our carpet, but apparently there was a whole other level of dirt that we just were not getting up with vacuuming. We have two dogs, so I’m sure that contributes. We have had our carpets cleaned with just the regular cleaning wands before, but John’s Rotovac significantly outperformed any other time that we have had the carpets cleaned. Jon Kortman and his "assistant" came to clean my carpets in Fruit Heights, Utah. I had spoken with him about the Roto Clean, and felt hopeful that he could do a good job. He came and quickly looked at the carpet, and then showed his young assistant how to operate the machine (teenage son?). The boy immediately started "cleaning," and was responsible for the largest number of sq ft.

Not Thrilled.
We had Aspen Roto Clean clean and seal our slate tile floor and unfortunately I'm not too happy with the results. The good part is that the floor is clean. The bad part is that we're left with lots of scuffs and scrapes all over the floor. I assume this is from the machine used to clean the tiles. This wasn't noticeable until the floor had dried. Also, the sealer did not leave the tiles looking shiny as stated on the website. I'm disappointed. We're going to try using a wet look sealer in hopes that it will help mask all the scuff marks left behind.
