Window cleaning isn't rocket science, but when you want them really clean, it takes someone who has the right tools and the know how to do it right to get the best results. We are a family owned business and have been cleaning windows in some of the nicest neighborhoods in Salt Lake City and other surrounding cities since early 2009.
What about the quality of the cleaning, you ask? Most of us are also conditioned into thinking that we shouldn't get our windows cleaned when it's going to rain or snow, and certainly wouldn't think of getting them cleaned IN THE RAIN OR SNOW. Well, all it takes is a little understanding of what make windows dirty.
Glass restoration is simply the process of restoring glass or windows back to their original, shiny and clear condition. We utilize a dry sanding system which can remove scratches and damage of nearly any size and depth from all types of glass or mirrors. We can repair 90% of the glass panels that previously had to be replaced - in a fraction of the time and at a fraction of the cost.
20/20 Window Cleaning has invested in and employs a state-of-the-art pure water filtration system. This provides super purified and deionized water that is pumped up an ultra light carbon fiber pole equipped with a soft scrub brush on the end. We work from the ground level. No more ladders! This means we can work safely on your property and no ladder damage to your home or garden.
Most of us have been conditioned to have our windows cleaned once or twice per year. Or worse, when they're so dirty that we can't really see out of them any more. In Europe, many homeowners have their windows cleaned every two weeks, but that is just the culture there. We have found that every three months seems to be the optimal frequency here so that the windows never SEEM really dirty.

After originally not receiving a call back due to what appeared to be a messaging error, David, the owner contacted me and quickly arranged a time for an estimate for residential exterior window cleaning. The work was completed when scheduled and he offered to return to "touch" up areas after a recent storm, if necessary. Follow through was excellent once we were able to connect. We will use again for window cleaning.

All of my experience with 20/20 was excellent, from booking the appointment to the actual cleaning, everyone was professional and courteous. I could tell the work being done was being done well, and my windows look fantastic now. If I wasn't moving to another state I'd be definitely scheduling recurring window cleanings with 20/20.

Dave does a wonderful job. I had him clean my windows three years ago. The next year I went with a different company. I was not impressed by them. I constantly had to tell them to be careful around my outdoor plants. They cleaned the inside as well and left behind a mess. Huge mistake on my part.
This year, I called Dave. He scheduled me right away. He was extremely respectful of my property. I would have had him clean the inside if not for COVID.
3 years ago, he did, and I recall that he wore shoe covers. Again, respectful of my house.

We really love our clean windows! This is the first company that really did a superb job on our windows. They got every single window, inside and out, and cleaned the screens too. We also appreciate the 3-day storm guarantee, too. The company was prompt and did a great. Because they were so excellent, we are thinking of going quarterly. Thanks again for such a great job!
