Ace Moving & Storage was attentive to the details of our move. When bad weather was predicted, the move date was rescheduled quickly and efficiently. Scheduling and payment arrangements were easily handled with Josh on the first call with follow-up by phone and text. Text message reminders were sent in advance of the move date to ensure the move was on track. C. J. and Austin called the morning of the move to let us know they were on schedule for pickup. They were friendly and professional from pickup until the last item was unloaded at the destination. Everything was handled carefully--no breakage

We had a long distance moving experience with Ace in October 2021. We were extremely pleased with the team that provided the service. They kept in contact when they were going to be at our home to pack and through out the whole move. Also very prompt, polite, careful and made our stressful move easier to deal with. We got so busy getting settled in our new home that I am just now getting this review in so others will know how dependable, honest and affordable this company is.

We have moved fairly often over the years and Ace Moving and Storage provided the best service we’ve ever had. Josh Jager in the front office was an excellent communicator. He promptly addressed all our questions. The moving crew was efficient, professional and friendly. They obviously enjoyed the work and the company they work for.
We also used the storage service. The cost was reasonable. I initially hired this company because they are certified piano movers. My piano was stored in a climate controlled environment and delivered to my new home none the worse for the experience!

These guys made my move quick and easy, from start to finish. I let them know I still had to go work the day of the move and the ensured I was in my new place long beforehand. They work with a sense of urgency and handle your belongings with care. Definitely would use Ace Moving again!

I CANNOT say enough good things. Josh in the office was incredibly responsive, helpful and so courteous. William, the estimator, was very efficient, friendly and had direct answers for all my questions. Now for the big guns, CJ, Austin and Frankie, were the actual movers. They worked superhumanly hard, fast and with great care. They made every effort to make me feel at ease with them in my home and handling my belongings. Moving is the pits! These guys made it super easy. It's actually kind of frustrating to think more areas of life could be so much better if more companies cared like ACE. They

We had Svante, Terance, and Sallah moving my mother's 100 year old baby grand piano and some other family heirlooms to my home in Maryland from Virginia. The guys were so thorough and so careful with everything. They went out of their way to help me find the serial number on my paino too. I really could not have asked for 3 nicer men to be moving my stuff and I definitely couldn't be any happier than I am with the whole move.

We are beyond impressed with Ace Moving! First time I’ve needed to hire a moving company, and it was very smooth sailing throughout the entire process. William provided the initial quote and details, was very responsive when I had questions, and accommodating when our initial move date had to be postponed.
On moving day, our movers were very friendly, professional, and had a good sense of humor to boot! They took very good care of all of our items, while still maintaining a fast pace to get the job completed. The move even completed a little earlier than we had anticipated, which was great.

When I called Josh at Ace Moving, he was extremely helpful and provided a detailed break-down of the cost I could expect on move day. I later decided to donate some furniture that would not be moved, and when I called Josh to adjust the amount of furniture that his team would need to move, it was absolutely no problem. He was very accommodating.
Additionally, I had a last-minute request to add a stop to my sister's house to drop off a few items, and Josh and the team had no problems doing this for me. Ace provided reminder texts about the move, and on the one occasion where I called prior to move

I was in a pinch and needed someone to move into my college apartment within a day. Al offered me a spot the next afternoon and then moved it up to morning, which was perfect! The movers were friendly and polite. They took great care with all the furniture: they came prepared with furniture covers when it was raining and so furniture wasn’t damaged. Also, at the last minute, I requested they move a desk as well and they were happy to do so. Easy and a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend!
