Long Distance Moves Report

Whether you are leaving the Roanoke Valley or moving to it, Heritage Moving and Storage can help make it less stressful. The same crew of personnel that loads your belongings will also transport, deliver and set up your items in your new home. This term is known as crew continuity and is an added benefit that you get with us!

Insurance Report

Virginia law requires that moving companies cover your household items under Carrier Liability insurance. This is a maximum of $.60/lb per article. For example, if a 100 pound dining room table valued at $600 is damaged the movers liability would be up to $60.00. We consider this to be a "nick and scratch" policy.

What a great company to work with. My move date kept getting changed and Jimmy worked with me so that everything went smoothly. The movers arrived on time and worked nonstop throughout the day. I had a lot to move and they worked 12 hours straight. They were very professional and the price was very reasonable.

I could not have asked for a more pain free moving experience. We had heritage move us from VA to KY and everyone was extremely nice and careful with our belongings. I moved multiple times growing up and this was the first flawless move with no collateral damage. I would highly recommend them.

Make them your last choice- especially for long distance moves.
I would not hire again. I lost a lot of money in damages and the customer service and moving team were unprofessional.

This was a last minute move. I called and they were able to accommodate me. Not only were they professional but the price was very reasonable. I will definitely recommend and use them again if needed.
