I gave Paul a check for $2500 over two months ago as a down payment to do some work on my shower. He hasn't showed up since, and he ignores all our calls. I haven't filed any charges yet but this is a warning not to give him any payment in advance. We are seniors and trusted him. If I report him, charges would be more serious for scamming seniors. He had done a good prior job repairing a leak, so I trusted him for the proposed work which he never did.

Paul is professional, meticulous, efficient, kind, knowledgeable, and anything else you want in a plumber. He responded immediately to my Yelp message, with a very reasonable estimate. His office staff promptly called me with an appointment. Besides changing out my anode rod, he flushed out my water heater. Then we were chatting about other issues in my house. He adjusted the water pressure for my house. He then took out the water regulator in my shower heads. He only charged me for the water heater job. Paul is awesome! He was very quick to respond to my service call. Made an appointment and he showed up on the same day. Due to his busy schedule, he was running late. But he did communicate with me and told me ahead of time that he would be running late, which is fine with me. He came to the house and check out the problem. He is honest with his assessment and did not try to exaggerate the problems and advised me to contact my HOA. He did not even charge me for coming out for the service call.
Paul is definitely trustworthy and I strongly recommend for anyone who has plumbing issue.

I ended up being able to fix my issue through our home warranty, but after responding quickly to my request, and then following up a couple of weeks later to make sure we had solved our issue, I feel this company deserves a 5 Star. I sent out requests to about 10 companies at once, this is the only company to follow up, and the attention to detail was lovely

Ok, so before you go with any of the big names, hit up Paul first. Paul was able to come and do a same day estimate for us, and do the work on a Saturday. I had two people come and do an estimate before Paul came, and he came in at half of what they said. He communicated very well, with texts on his eta and also a formal emailed estimate and receipt.
Here is the work he was able to do in about 3/4 of a day total:

Honestly, I have only good things to say about Paul and Plumbing Legion. I was genuinely impressed with how quickly he diagnosed the problem, and then, due to some pretty suspect prior piping, how quickly he then figured out a cost-effective solution for me. He's obviously really good at what he does, and I found him to be super friendly, easy to talk to, willing to explain everything, and thorough in double- and triple-checking that everything was done correctly.
