Is this company even in business any longer?? I have placed many calls asking for a call back for service. 3 months and many calls and messages left and nobody has called back. I could not and would not recommend to do business with this company. I will update this review if I get a call back and a scheduled visit.

Rci Solar is a horrible company. I contacted RCI in September 2019 to have them install addition solar panels to a system they originally installed. Tom Tommas came to my house and to discuss the reason why I needed addition pannels. I then used the solar quote to obtain financing. I was told they had a few jobs ahead of mine but they would have the additional solar panels installed by year end. Month after month I reached out to RCI and was assured that the would get my additions installed. It now Jan 2020 and I still have not heard back from RCI on a installation date. This is a horrible way

We choose RCI Solar to install 30 panels on our house in 2014. They were very responsive to any questions we had. They had the best quality product and prices and would travel to Butte County. They dealt with the County offices, PG&E and made sure everything was taken care of for us. Installation went as planned. We have had no problems until they called us last month to tell us to schedule a time their service man could come out and replaced a module in one of the panels that was showing a problem at their end. So they are a 5 Star company we highly recommend.

Just got our new system finished by RCI and could not be happier! Rob, Tom, Rick, and Sarah were great! Price was good and they did what they said they would do. We had some small issues during installation and the RCI team made sure it was handled and we were happy! I would use them again tomorrow! They are family owned and do what they say they will do!

Great company. all of the employees are knowledgeable and respectful. They installed my solar on time, professionally, works great. Rob Tueckes made time to come to my home on a moments notice and did a through inspect and quote. Rick came out and did the technical and layout of the panels. The install crew was exceptional and got the job done in record time.

One of the best solar company out there. It looks like a family is running the company. Dad Fred main guy, son Rick takes care of technical stuff and daughter Sera takes care of apointment and scheduling. I dont know who to give the best service award. They three were awesome, promt, punctual and respectful. I had 10 of my panels not working and called Fred and explained him on the phone. He sent Rick to take pictures of the panels not working. They found out BP solar is the manufacturer. But BP solar went bankrupt couple of years back. Since every panels have 25 years warranty they contacted the
