Hydrojetting is a sewer cleaning process that utilizes large volumes of water under very high pressure to literally scour the walls of the drain and sewer lines. Unlike mechanical rodding that just cuts a hole in the blockage, hydrojetting cuts roots, grease and debris all the way around the walls of the pipe.
RAM Plumbing Heating & Air Conditioning offers trenchless sewer line replacement and is now the way of the future. The old traditional way of replacing a sewer drain pipe is to dig up the old pipe, by hand or with a machine, and lay a new one down. This way is very labor intensive and can be very expensive when a line is in a difficult position, such as under a house, a road or under concrete.

So I called them again, this time they did call when the plumber was on his way and he showed up on time. He was very knowledgeable and was nice enough to let my little fur babies be inside after a neighbor came by to complain about them barking outside. They're inside dogs so they're not used to being put out in the patio. He even let the neighbor know they were just put on the patio when she claimed they were barking for the last two hours lol. I really appreciated that. Cost is always affordable and he took care of everything in a timely manner.

We live in an old house that was built in 1930. I used a bath bomb the other night, and it was the final straw for the old pipes. It finished off a clog that became solid as a rock. Needless to say, we needed a plumber. Ram's plumbing sent us Kevin. He tried to use a snake to unclog it, but it could not penetrate the clog. He had to open our kitchen ceiling and the wall next to the ( upstairs) tub. He replaced several old pipes after clearing the clog, fixed both of the holes, and cleaned up every bit of dust and debris. He even scrubbed all of the stain out of the tub. We've

Last minute emergency on a Sunday evening. So our timing couldn't have been better right? No! It was awful timing. They were able to send out Ryan last minute and he came as soon as he could and saved the day. A duplex with two clogged up kitchen sinks that kept rising when just one sink was running. He was able to unclog the sink within a short about of time and did quality work. We will call this company again if any unexpected plumbing emergencies pop up again.

Jeff from RAM came out punctually to help us with some unruly toilet issues. He was able to fix the issues quickly. After we had him deal with our most pressing issue, we had him look at our other toilets to assess any potential upcoming issues. After going over everything, we ended up having him do preventative maintenance/upgrades on our other aging toilets, so problems like ours wouldn't happen again!

First of all I would like to say I am very appreciative to Jeff who came out at night to fix a hot slab leak. He is a very professional plumber and very fair in his pricing. Jeff was knowledgeable about the specifics of what was going on. From beginning to end, Jeff provided me updates to when he would arrive and was very punctual.
I have to say I am leery of taking care of household responsibilities like this, however, Jeff is a people person and gave me a peace of mind immediately. Thank you Ram Plumbing and heating company. Jeff is definitely an asset to this company!!!

Well so far I asked for an estimate and assistance with an emergency plumbing situation around 11:30 pm and I haven't heard back from the company. I called twice on a status since my toilet and my tub were filling up with toilet water and a mess in my bathroom hoping for a service to help us out but I'm still waiting on a response. Even messaged them on yelp and after one response they stopped replying. So much for "24/7 service" thanks guys... it's been 2 and half hours and I'm just gonna have to wait till the morning to call somebody else.

My husband hired RAM to complete an AC inspection and TUNE UP (emphasizing that phrase for a reason) after it failed to properly cool our home or cycle off for more than 24 hours during a recent heat wave. Its also becoming increasingly noisy. Although the tech was very friendly and respectful, I am sorry to say that absolutely no service of any kind was performed after the roughly 10-15 minute visit despite the fact that my husband scheduled a tune up for 89.95.
First off, my husband chose the company because they were rated well on Yelp and secondly because they were the soonest available.

I had a troublesome main sewer line clog that's taken two attempts (so far) to clear. I've been gouged by other companies in the past, but not RAM. Each time, the technician Dennis explained the options and fees. No surprises or last minute extras. I will continue to call on them for my plumbing needs. (Hopefully not in the near future.)
Update- The sewer problem turned out to be a collapsed section of pipe. RAM got it figured out and fixed. Because they had to dig up the line, this was a costly repair. That said, the price they charged was reasonable given the nature and scope

Called a couple weeks ago during an emergency around 8 at night. My air conditioner was leaking water and it was flooding underneath our wooden laminate and coming out through the cracks. This was the second place I called and they called back before the first. It was less than 10 minutes to get a response and await a call from the emergency technician who ended up telling me he was on his way and would be here in approximately 15 minutes. Immediately diagnosed the problem, along with doing all of his research in the dark outside. He returned the next day with everything I needed for my repair
