Hi my name is Jay. I am the proud and hard working owner and operator of Impact Heating and Air, LLC. I've been involved in the HVAC industry for over 13 years, learning and practicing in both residential and commercial settings. In 2015 I decided it was time to pursue my goal of starting my own heating and air company that maintained the values of honesty, integrity, and doing the job well.
There are many different options. Upgrading your heating system can help lower your energy costs and also expels less chemicals and pollutants into the atmosphere. Equipment should always be sized correctly and maintained properly. At Impact Heating and Air, LLC, we make sure to thoroughly size your home so the equipment you receive will work as best as possible for your home.
There are a few different options to choose from when considering a cooling system. Installing central air conditioning could provide you with the comfort you need throughout your home during the summer heat. We also specialize in the installation of ductless mini-split air conditioning systems. These are also very efficient and quiet.

We had to replace our HVAC system, so I got estimates from several companies. Jay explained the options very clearly and gave us a far better quote than the heavily marketed HVAC companies. When our equipment arrived we set up an installation date, and he and his crew showed up exactly on time. They hauled away the old system and left the HVAC space in our home looking immaculate. Everything is working perfectly, and we are very happy customers!

Jay replied to me on yelp which I didn't even know was a thing. I needed a capacitor, he had one. It was late we made arrangements to swap money for capacitor without contact. He was even nice enough to ask if I had checked my contacts. I felt a good honest man here something you don't find around anymore. I wish I would have found Jay on Monday when it was excruciatingly hot.

I believe that a responsive business owner usually does excellent work. I had a very positive experience with Jay, even though we never met until the installation day. He was very responsive and patient with me for probably 50+ text messages and questions. He did not push me even though I asked him to wait for a couple of weeks while receiving quotes from other vendors. The installation went very smoothly. Both the installer and the electrician were respectful. I will be reaching out to him for any HVAC needs.

Jay and Ben’s professionalism, quality and value are second to none. I recently had both a new furnace and ac unit installed. Jay was very professional and immediately returned any phone calls or texts I sent his way. They delivered the product and value they quoted me on as well. Me and my husband have been impressed with this company. Super quick estimates and very reasonable prices. They installed AC at our last house a few years ago and did a phenomenal job. We called Impact after receiving a referral. Jay & Ben came out on the scheduled day and a few minutes early I might add! They diagnosed my non working heating unit and quickly identified the problem. They even had the necessary part for my 25 year old unit. The heater has been working flawlessly since. We requested that they also give us a bid to upgrade our heating unit to include a Heat Pump conversion install.

It has been 3 1/2 years since Jay and Matt helped us swap out our old broken HVAC unit and got us up and running a DAY before we had seriously BAD air quality AND 100 plus degree temperatures which as you can imagine would have had us closing all the windows and suffering inside from the heat. More importantly, our son's birthday party was 2 days away and was about to be cancelled 'cause there was no way to have guests inside the house in that HOT condition. You talk about savior?! We needed a full HVAC system installation, replacing the heater and adding AC that had been removed by the previous owner. Impact provided a fair price in their estimate and provided a good financing option. They were always on time, from the first appointment for the estimate through completion of the installation. Our AC unit had been installed 4 years previous for the last owner and was not working as it should. Thankfully the company that originally installed it wouldn't call me back, because Jay came out and determined that the problems stemmed from a crappy installation job. Jay was wonderful to accommodate us within a day! Our a/c wasn't working and my husband and I thought we would have to purchase a new one (it's prob 10 yrs old+). Jay came over, after talking to my husband a few times and no luck getting it back on (he was great to troubleshoot over the phone) and inspected our a/c. We expected to spend a couple hundred and Jay was able to remove some debris from our electric line and the fan came back on in no time. His fee was reasonable, $100/hour, I had called a few comparables which were $75, $85 + just for the house call (1st hr) and about $125

We hired Impact to install a gas line for our new gas range. It was difficult to find someone willing to do a small job like this for a reasonable price. Impact was willing to take on the project on a time and materials basis. They showed up on the date and time they said they would and installed the gas line for us. They were prompt, efficiant and pleasant to deal with.

Trying to find someone reliable and affordable to install our gas furnace has been a MONTHS-long battle with so many flakey guys who come out and take forever to respond and then never follow through. Jay was extremely prompt and came out right away to give us a quote and was ready to install the day after Thanksgiving. His service is unlike any of these other guys!
