Heating vents weren't working. Called 6 different companies (lmsg or couldn't come out). Mike Oliver said would send someone out same day. Tony got vents working, but discovered we needed to replace our ducts. Got a great price & work was done the next week by Tony & Daniel. Great guys... professional, friendly, fast work and knowledgeable. Mike Oliver was always available to answer my questions. I highly recommend. Thank you!

This company was extremely helpful, responsive, quick and efficient. I felt like they went out of their way to make sure my furnace (which conked out in the frigid winter temps) was fixed next day, they even came and diagnosed, then went and got the parts in between driving to another call, and came back and installed the parts and got it working before nightfall! Timothy and Mike were wonderful, would use again!

Just had my furnace system and heat pump changed from electric to gas. After contacting about 6 contractors, Affordable was next in line so I contacted Mike. He did not try to sell me the most expensive system, he was like the Liberty Mutual commercial, "only pay for what you need". Then when the crew showed up they were very professional and courteous. Very happy with the job Rick, Brian and Tim had done. Mike is also certified through the Energy Star program.

I almost never write a review, but I was so impressed with this company that I had to. My furnace stopped working on a very cold night, so the next morning I got on the web hoping to find a company that would send someone out that day. Luckily, the first company I tried was Affordable -- and a few hours later, their technician arrived.Tim was great -- very friendly and professional. Not only did he find and fix the problem very quickly, but he also did an excellent job in reconnecting some of the older duct work that had gotten loose. Very fair price and great service. My heater went out right before christmas. After calling mulitple companies, who were book out over 1 week, i stumble across these guys. Mike listened to my explanation and gave me feed back over the phone on my first call, said he'd call me back in a couple min to set up a time for a tech to come out and fix my heater. In less than 5min mike called to tell me a tech would be at my house within the hr!!!!. I could not believe it! Within 1hr Tim arrived at my home, inspected and fixed my heater in less than 1hr. Tim was also very patient with all our questions and even got me a quote in case i decided

They were very responsive in getting a technician to the house. Once at the house, the technician, Tim was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and patient as I asked a ton of questions. These guys are amazing:) They forgot to include awesome and honest in their company name too. I called Mike because I was having a horrible experience with another company. I already had the part number when I called. I explained to him what happened, and that I really needed this thing in asap due to the cold weather. He said ok, I'll call you right back. He called me right back like he said he would and told me he could have the part delivered and installed the very next morning. They did just that and saved me over two hundred dollars as well.
