We will provide a thorough exam before deciding to replace your unit. If needed, our skilled technicians have been trained to install the highest rated appliances. Not only will we keep everything running at full capacity but we will offer insight on what you can do to keep your unit maintained between visits.
Installation specifications: HSPF rating of ductless heat pump must be 9.0 or greater and replace an electric resistance heat source (electric forced air furnace, electric baseboard heat, etc) as the home's primary heating source. Primary indoor unit must be installed in the main living space (e.g living room) of the home.

I have been using Palmer's Heating & Construction since they opened and have never once been disappointed. Only impressed. Blake has gone from Portland to Corvallis, and all throughout Salem and the valley, to handle items as an HVAC vendor for our company. Never a complaint from a customer and they are always willing to work an emergency into their schedule as needed. Their business and staff are professional, knowledgeable, and flexible. Would never hesitate to use them personally, or recommend them to any customer or personal relation.
