We also install custom outdoor gas fire pits. Our furnace had an issue late at night and AJ came across town through the snow at 9pm to help us out. He was quick in identifying and fixing the issue and got our home warmed up right away. He also went above and beyond to do some routine maintenance and cleaning while he was here.

Jeremy & Matt were awesome. They understood what needed to be done and got right to the repair -- even having the part on hand to immediately get our AC unit back up and running. When the time comes to buy a new AC unit, I'll be calling them again!

Our AC stopped working suddenly late afternoon so I called multiple repair places and couldn't get anyone to come out for 2 days. It was almost 80 degrees upstairs so I called Greg's and luckily they had an emergency after hours service. They came right out and fixed the issue! AJ did an awesome job clearing out the dead snake that had shorted out system. Highly recommend them

Zach was extremely professional and methodical. He took his time and was very thorough. I mentioned our house seemed imbalanced between the upstairs and downstairs. The previous installer (not Greg's) didn't install a dampener in one of the main runs. He diagnosed the problem, came out the next day and made the repair. The new dampener was very reasonably priced. Overall he spent 4+ hours making sure everything was in order and all the rooms were getting equal air flow and temperatures. In all his extra time spent, the price never changed from what was originally quoted. He even found a crimp in

I have Used Greg's heating, air in the past and have always been completely satisfied with their work.
Unfortunately not this time. I called to have our furnace/ air conditioner serviced. I told them that when we turned on thee air conditioner it was getting ice freezing on it and not working. He cleaned it up and left. I turned on the air and it still froze up. I called and he came back sprayed some "cleaning" stuff on it, said he hoped that worked, it didn't, and I was charged for TWO service calls!!!
Won't be using or recommending them in the future!!!

Our furnace went out on a weekend evening during one of the extremely cold winter storms. Greg himself lined us up with a tech (Jim) for the very next day and we couldn't have asked for better service, repair work, cost, speed of repair & competency. Our furnace is located in a terribly small, cramped attic space only accessible from the roof, yet Jim acted as if it wasn't an inconvenience or problem at all. He diagnosed the problem quickly & made the repairs just as fast. This company is simply the best; the most honest, fair & pleasant repair business we have ever used.

We sold our home in Corvallis and needed a new furnish for the new buyer ASAP. Called three different places for quotes and Greg's heating bet the competition for a couple of hundred dollars. Plus, they delivered the and installed the brand new furnish in two days. Just in time for the home inspection and the new buyers. Give them a try next time you need a new furnish or service.
