In the process of remodeling our house, the thermostat was removed. When it was reinstalled, it would not work. We called Hendrix Heating and Bobby came out within an hour and found the problem, fixed it, and did a recheck of all systems. He was professional, polite and thorough. My furnace went out on the holiday weekend. I got prompt and courteous service. He did a temporary fix to give me heat while the part was ordered. I was kept informed through the whole process including the cost. Very professional service. The part came in and the furnace repaired. I am very pleased with the service.

My thermostat wasn’t working and of course it just snowed and then cold weather in the forecast. A few hours after calling they had a tech, Seth, come out and he diagnosed the problem as a dirty flame sensor. He cleaned it, replaced our filter and I chose to replace the thermostat too. All in an hour! He was very kind, wore booties and a mask, called me to let me know his ETA. Grateful to have a working heating system this chilly evening. Thank You!!

I had yearly maintenance on the heat pump and was pleased at the customer service and follow up provided by Alex F. This is a fine company, well run and professional. I would refer this business to anyone needing heating and air. Never had a problem in 4 years.

The Hendrix team was excellent from initial meeting and talking about the HVAC system to installation. All the personnel that I interacted were very professional in there attitude and work ethic. The product installed did everything that was promised and of excellent quality. Even with the COVID problems shipping was timely; with installation the next day. You cannot go wrong with this company; they are very highly recommended.

Both technicians that installed our AC/Heat Ductless Units were fantastic. They were very aware of what was going on around them as far as our pets. They asked for our opinions on exactly where we wanted units placed. They were very pleasant and a delight to have install our units and heat pump. Ready to answer any questions we might have, plus questions we didn't have. Overall we were extremely impressed with the whole process from salesman to installers and then the final. Absolutely Outstanding This project - from beginning to end - was, without a doubt, the best experience I have EVER had with contractors of any type. Sean Skipper, in his initial inspection / evaluation of my home, was extremely through and very informative. My house has some non standard quirks that he was immediately on top of. His recommendations for what I needed were well thought out and presented in a manner I could understand (I was not Heat Pump conversant). The installation team were fast and efficient. They were mindful of the cats I have and were very careful to keep them secure inside
