Charles (Chick) May began his career in the Alarm Business in 1962. Since that time he has always worked in the alarm industry, in progressively responsible management positions and company ownership. Over his career Chick was a senior executive for Wells Fargo, National Guardian and Guardian Alarm.

If I could give zero stars I would. This is by far the worst and most unprofessional company I have ever worked with (and we work with a lot of vendors). Not only are they extremally arrogant but they can NEVER get the job done. EVER. They are a WASTE of time and money. The operations manager Robbie (who's also the owners son) is a nightmare, which honestly explains why the rest of his crew is incompetent. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. Absolutely the WORST customer service! The automatic phone system throws you in circles, IF you finally get to a real person, they are rude and unhelpful. One person said they’d call me back (after having to ask someone else the answer to my question) and never got a call back. Do not use this company.
