Services
Removal of winterizing plugs/gizmos and replacement with directional nozzles (return fittings). Opening does not include any cleaning/vacuuming or heater start-up. An additional cleaning service may be scheduled for no sooner than 48-hours after opening depending on water clarity. All heater tune-ups and services must be scheduled separately.
A Spring Cleaning is a one-time, deep cleaning, generally scheduled at least 48 hours after the pool opening. Please keep in mind, it is the responsibility of the homeowner to ensure that the water is clear and the bottom of the deep-end/main-drain is visible before our technicians arrive for this service.
On average, swimming pools lose about of water in a 24-hour period in the Northeast due to water evaporation rates. If you are losing more than that, you may have a leak. Significant water loss during the season can cost you hundreds in chemicals and water. If the water level drops too low, it could cause issues with the equipment, and major damage to your liner or cover.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! In a world where companies really do not value their customers anymore, NJ Pool Guys does! Our only regret is not learning of them sooner. What a difference in service, knowledge and general humanity between this company and the pool company we had prior. This year especially has proven to be most difficult with most people's attitude in business. It seems nobody wants to work anymore, and that goes for businesses too. Not NJ Pool Guys! Absolutely phenomenal company. Everyone from the customer service representatives, to the technicians who come out to service your pool. I almost never write reviews but I had to for this. Extremely professional, courteous, and personable staff. Exceptional customer service. Brett, an awesome guy, and his side kick Zac came out to diagnose my pool pump. Not even a second passes and Brett says, “Oh I know what’s wrong”!
Can you believe it, I’ve been tinkering around with my pool pump for a week and this guy spends 1 second and fixes it! Incredible, and to top it off my pool pump is operating better than ever!
Great personality all around from the office to the men on the field, they all treated me like family.

Called and emailed NJ Pool Guys to get some estimates for service on my pool as well as a weekly cleaning. The whole experience and interaction with this company was wonderful, very pleasant people to deal with. After the initial cleaning and chemical balancing I can only come to the conclusion that these service technicians have some kind of magical powers because what I thought was a pretty clean pool after cleaning it myself turned into something beyond my expectations after they came to clean it.

We purchased a home with a pool last fall, so this was the first summer having worry about opening/closing it without messing something up. Did a lot of research about pool companies, and decided on NJ Pool Guys. They are a lifesaver!! They have great rates, respond quickly to questions, and do amazing work! Due to the shape of our pool, we have to have a custom cover that requires a lot of work to put on. They did an amazing job with that. Wasn't sure what to expect, but loved coming home to find the pool closed the way it was supposed to be, and superior work with the cover. Thank you!
