I contracted Lester Pools to some major work on my 38 yr old in-ground pool...They were extremely professional & neat.They cleaned the swamp that was closed for 3 yrs & did some major repairs & replaced the liner...the pool looks fabulous...I highly recommend them to anyone who wants a pool or needs pool service.

I hired Lester Pools to build an inground pool 45’x 36’. I did a lot of research before hiring them. Quality of the work was excellent and so was communication. Lester is great to work with and Elizabeth is very very responsive. They explained to us the entire process and finished the work quickly and on schedule.
I highly recommend them.

First and last time using this company. I hired them for a pool opening and they used MY chemicals instead of their own. They told my wife that the pool cover was ripped and should be repaired. The only problem is that the cover did not have any rips or tears on it before they came. As they were leaving my wife asked if they are going to vacuum since the pool needed it. They were extremely rude to my wife and when she offered to pay for the extra service - they told her they didn't have time now , maybe in a couple of weeks !!! After they left , I tested the pool water and since I only had chlorine

This company is amazingly inept. I scheduled a liner install with pump replacement and new pool ladder. They changed my schedule without notice twice. On the third try, they were five hours late and did not answer any of my phone calls trying to find out where they were. When they arrived, they couldn't figure out how to remove old pump and install new one. A total waste of my time, leaving me to now try to start my project all over again

Such an amazing corporation!! Insane customer service and very fast response time ! I needed my heater repaired and a liner patched and it was done before I even knew it, the workers are excellent, very fast and polite. I would never even think of going any where but Lester pools for my pool care needs

I wish yelp allowed for a rating of zero stars. As stated in another review, Lester's unprofessionalism and bad temper was displayed when he came to my home to close my pool. Lester had given me an estimate to install a pool heater that was higher than 3 previous estimates that I had received. Although I elected not to use Lester to install my pool heater, I decided that I would continue to use him to open & close my pool. When he came to my home to close my pool and he saw that the pool heater had been installed by someone else, he lost his temper, and yelled at me for "wasting

Lester gave me a quote that was way below what I thought it would take to replace my liner. He drained the pool, measured, and the liner came in in 2 weeks. It took him and two workers about two and a half hours to install it. They did a perfect job! I also had my filter and pump replaced by Lester. I would highly recommend them for all of your pool services.
