Moral of the story, it’s a used car dealership. Buy here, pay here. The car market has been hot this year, leading to higher prices for lower quality, high mileage cars. I was in a bind, my car was flooded back in May of this year, I needed a another vehicle ASAP and they got me in another car. Although a 10+ year old car with well over 150k + miles wouldn’t have been my first choice. They allowed me to put a very small down payment and I was on the road again. Don’t get me wrong. The car was a Toyota, fully loaded, leather seats, sunroof, in dash radio, well taken care of, all service done

Mrs. Sonia has done it again. I just love her so much. I purchased my car there November 2019 and she was the person that helped to make the process easier for me. Almost two years later I came in to do a swap for a smaller vehicle and she was absolutely amazing yet again. As long as she is employed with this company I will be her return customer. I came to purchase a 4Runner they had in inventory (listed at $11k). Test drove the vehicle, and it had multiple issues, solely determined off of drivability. I presented these issues, in accordance with the KBB value (estimated at $3500-$4500), and the owner that told me that the KBB Value was "fake", and invalid. He continues to tell me girlfriend and I that we are wrong due to his "50 years of selling Toyota manufactured vehicles. We were misguided, and told we didn't know what we were talking about. Worst car dealership. We purchased a 2008 buick lucerne. 2 days after having the car it died on us. Come to find out it didn't have the correct battery in it. I had to replace all the tires on it because they were dry rotted. The car needed an alignment. I had to have brake work done on it. Front brakes were bad as well as the rotors and calipers. It had a puncture in the manifold I had to have welded. And has the front drive tire bearings are bad. After not even owning the car for a month the check engine light came on. I completely understand things happen. But this many things is ridiculous
