They did a hard pull on my credit without my authorization and tried to haggle thousands of dollars on top of the dealer’s advertised price. It made me feel as if they thought I was stupid and I refuse to strike a deal with a dealership with such little integrity.

I went to Fred Haas for an oil change and for an overall check on my 2015 Rogue since it's an older car. When I arrived at my appointment time, I sat in my car for 10 minutes before I finally went inside to find someone to help. I know, that's on me for waiting like the sign said but hey . . . What are you going to do. I had a rear wiper blade that needed to be installed that I brought with me. After two hours sitting around the dealership (their waiting area is atrocious) my car was done. When I got back into my car, guess what was in the front seat? The rear wiper blade, NOT installed

Stopped by to look at a 2016 controla. And requested an estimate on my current car. The Corolla was a Decent car but was simply not what we had in mind after test driving it. After advising the sales agent we did not want to proceed any further, he got very upset, walked away from us and acted very rude afterwards. He took forever to give me my keys back and made us wait outside instead. I have never encountered such rudeness and unprofessionalism from a salesman like this.

I really appreciate the superb quality of customer service experienced at Fred Haas Nissan. It is becoming all too rare these days to find such a commitment to good customer care. This is reflected even in the area of customer safety. I noticed that they had someone employed to disinfect the waiting area on a continuous basis, as soon as a seat was vacated, he came behind and sprayed and wiped them down. I was impressed.

I bought my vehicle in August and refinanced with credit union. I submitted my request to cancel my Gap Insurance and I have been emailing and leaving voicemails and nobody has returned my call to give me a status update on the cancellation of my Gap insurance... every time I call I continue to get transferred to someone voicemail and leaving multiple messages... I have never had such a bad experience...

I would give zero stars if I could. The man standing outside the door did not acknowledge us. We said we wanted to look at maximas & he said go over there & look if we have any left. We walked back to him & asked if he could open the door & he just shrugged & said someone else had the keys. At that point we just left. Horrible service. We will take our business elsewhere.

Been looking for a vehicle for about a week and found one right here in Tomball. Dealt with Nadeel and from our first interaction to when I was driving off he was above and beyond! Answered a lot of my questions via email and text before we even went in. When I got there there were no games and negotiations were easy on both the new vehicle and my trade-in. I was in the car business for 12 years so I was prepared to be loaded for bear but didn't have any confrontation with anyone there. Really do appreciate his professionalism and friendly demeanor! Frank Ambless assisted us on buying our new vehicle. When we 1st got to Fred Haas Nissan he was already working with a couple of people. Frank had spoken to my husband previously on the phone, so when we got to dealership Frank didn't put us off. I was probably a headache going back and forth with what I wanted, but at the end he was able to make it happen. Frank made sure we were happy before we left the dealership.

You know what I hate? Haggling for a decent deal on a car.

I hate car dealerships that advertise a low price that they have no intention of selling the car for, and then add a bunch of add-ons to make up for the cost.

None of that here.

"Hey there Fred Haas Nissan, I want this car"
"Here's what I can sell it to you for," said the salesman.
"Hmm... could you maybe do this instead?", I countered.
"Can't do that, but how about this?" he said.
"Yes, that'll work."

I went in to this dealership over the weekend. I was greeted by Lorena in sales and she was absolutely wonderful during the process. I selected my vehicle earlier online. I did a test drive with the vehicle and really liked it. I told Lorena about the outside financing that was secured and that I didn't want to put any money down. I made an offer and supplied my information to Lorena , and a short time later, I received a text from Lorena letting me know that I had been approved and the vehicle was ready. We scheduled an appointment due to the check engine light coming on at 30K miles. They opened promptly and saw me at the scheduled time.
They sent a text letting me know they needed to reprogram the alarm at no cost. After their unsolicited inspection they suggested $700 in various services which I declined. All was handled very professionally.
One thing they didn't do was take a look at the check tire pressure warning that was right next to the service engine warning. How do they go out of their way to do a complete inspection and not notice or bother to put air in a tire?

MAKE SURE YOU CHECK YOUR CONTRACT BEFORE YOU LEAVE THEIR OFFICE. They added almost 7k extra on additional insurance I didn't ask for nor agree to buy. Luckily I saw it the next day and went back to the dealership and made take it off.
They are NOT HONEST ppl all they care if their bonus check at the end of the month.
HORRIBLE customer service, I had to call a month later to find out about my plates, they receptionist said they called once on the 18th, i said you ONLY called once!? Wow! So I had to their job too and called about my plates to be mailed out.

I went here on August 3, to do a regular car inspection. Unfortunately, the machine had a cap as to how many vehicles it can "inspect" and I ended up not being able to do my inspection.

However, I was due for my 90k inspection and was it a doozy! Expensive, yes! I wanted my car to be in top shape so of course I payed for it. My friends told me that I probably didn't need to do that 90k inspection since I'm only a student and need to save up while I'm in school, but unfortunately they didn't tell me about this until after the fact!

Ms. Stacie helped me with my car
