My wife and I recently went into the dealership looking to trade in our sedan for an SUV. We were helped by Duck Manning. And our experience with him was nothing short of wonderful. He’s an amazing salesman’s. He’s very understanding, straightforward, and honest with us from the beginning, which can be hard to find these days. He went to bat for us as his clients and showed us we were his number one priority right when we walked into the door. We firmly believe that Duck is a huge asset to Honda. It was his integrity, and honesty that really made it an easy choice for my wife and I to purchase

Amazing experience at John Eagle! Ask for Duck Manning, and you won't be disappointed! Customer service was top notch and financing was seamless (thank you, Isaac). The staff made this buying experience simple, pleasant and quite efficient! We walked away knowing we received a quality vehicle from a professional dealership! Very happy to have had to pleasure to work with John Eagle... it was worth the long drive to get to you!

Go speak to Eddie Gomez.. me and my wife's credit had cratered during 2020 because of covid. He got us into a nice Honda pilot when we thought it wasn't possible. He really helped pull strings around their. The salesman are great, the GM is friendly, and the finance guys are top-notch. My advice to anyone out there trying to buy a car and your credit is not the greatest.. make sure you have some money to put down and let them run your name through their Banks. Will go back to John eagle in the future to buy the next car.

Let me start by saying that being a former car salesman myself.....Duck and Maria were the absolute greatest!!!! I went with my friend who was looking for a very specific color and package. Everywhere we went or called they "had one coming" or tried to switch us to a Civic or different color Accord. Duck and Maria had exactly what she wanted sitting on the showroom floor. He gave us the best deal at the right note. Once in finance we were paired with Nick who was also awesome. He got her a warranty and maintenance package she couldn't pass up and stayed in budget. These guys are straight up and

I recently took my car to giant eagle Honda to get to curb checked rims repaired underneath the ethos tire and rim package warranty. The service advisor called me and said that the repairs were declined because the tires were not losing air pressure. When I bought the vehicle brand new the sales person told me that they would be covered if the rims were curved checked or damaged which is not true because my rims were not repaired. I was misled on buying the warranty for the tires and rims because my rims are not fixed and what is the purpose of buying the package if the warranty doesn’t cover

I have a car issue, it's my life, have owned 119, now 120 with this purchase. With 10 usually in my possession (a few classics) I tend to have several "daily drivers" maybe I should say weekly drivers I trade often for the next years model. It was time to trade up the 2017 Honda Pilot Elite AWD we had with 15K miles. Usually trade once every 18 months, but 2020 messed up the world! So in the crazy market, I sold my Pilot for a nice chunk and was on the search for a 2021 replacement, the same exact Pilot Elite AWD in same colors......I am a financial / numbers guy and never bought

Very impressed with this dealership. They have been up front and forth coming rather than playing nickel and dime dealership games like the other Houston Honda dealerships. Visited and talked to 3 other Honda dealerships before coming here. The others were all talk and no substance.
Greg Santiago straight up got me in and out with a new 2022 Honda Civic EX for my daughter and even put a big red bow on it for 1st class delivery! Much love and appreciation to his professionalism!

I bought my Honda Accord from this location and for the most part the sales department was ok. No significant complaints but nothing stellar either. I would give it 3 stars as average/good.
However I am giving the location 1 star due to their service department.
A few years ago I brought my 2015 Honda Odyssey to them for the following issues: door jam/sticking on sliding door as well as Bluetooth issues (a lot of static on phone calls). I was told that they couldn't find anything wrong with either of the issues despite the fact that they specialize in Honda repairs. I realize people make

This comment pertains to the service center. They charged me $830 for a small bracket (looks like it would cost $4 to make) and an unsuccessful calibration. Trust me, if you need service done (even if it requires ADAS) bring your car to a body shop that has ADAS, it will save you a lot of money and time.

Disappointed. We bought a Civic here two years ago. At the time, they seemed alright. When our Kahu subscription ended I called them to renew it. I left a vm message and never got a call back. So I drove to the dealership to speak to someone in person. I get it. It was a Saturday. They were busy with customers buying cars. So I left my call back info. I get a call back from a sales guy giving me the options available. I had a question he couldn't answer so he said he would call me back in a day or two. NEVER HEARD BACK. From anyone. Ever. Uhm. Ok. I mean, sheesh. Renewing a subscriprion that

Purchased a new car and maintenance plan from them even though they are very far away from me.
Have taken my car in several times (even before Covid) and don't feel treated like a paying customer for things included with my plan at purchase.
The John Eagle Difference they touted when we were thinking of purchasing has never been evident to me, otherwise I would have chosen a dealership much closer to me.
I pay for my oil changes elsewhere even though it is free with them.

Service Technicians Lack of Knowledge on State Inspection Standards and Customer Service Skills
We brought our car to this dealership for state inspection, they wouldn't do the inspection, stated that our front windshield's tint wasn't meeting the state's standard.
Here is what I have found on TxDPS regarding sunscreen device, it was also confirmed by another dealership nearby. Ours is clearly above the AS-1 line, and their service technician (I believe his name is Mike Ma) still tried to argue with us and wouldn't even read what I was trying to show from my phone.

Be careful if you are a woman especially,
1). Read your documents clearly, and do NOT get financing through them.
2) Their electronic signing process does not list out the itemized fees until you sign everything. You only see the sale price on the iPad, but not the fees, so you're conned into thinking it was the TOTAL price agreed upon. Have them print everything out before you agree to sign ANYTHING so you can read it. The electronic view requires you to sign an arbitration agreement, THEN when your signatures are done, they'll print out everything with the
