Most of today's automobiles are of unibody construction. Unibody repairs are done using our specialized equipment, operated by our expert technicians.
The Russell & Smith Collision Center will work with your insurance company. Make sure you work with a collision center that does quality work, not just the least expensive option. Your insurance company will issue you a claim number at the time you report your accident. Make sure you bring it in with you when you come in to begin the repair process, and our collision team will do the rest.
Russell & Smith Body Shop stands behind the work performed by our facility because we want you to be a loyal customer. Eric Ferrufino is the worst customer service rep in the Houston area. Avoid him like the Bubonic plague.
We purchased a brand-new vehicle from Russell & Smith Honda, and the entire process was great. Very professional folks in both the front office and back office. A few months in, our new car was unfortunately rear-ended by a truck, and the rear bumper needed to be replaced. Naturally, we brought it to the Russell & Smith Body Shop. Eric Ferrufino was assigned to the claim from the start. He informed us that the rear bumper was unavailable, which we were understanding.

I would honestly give it 4.5 stars! They are a very busy, busy, busy shop… but the customer service truly makes up for it. The manager is always available via email if there is a problem and they also got my recall fixed during one of my visits. I would strongly recommend them.
They also will drop you off home if you don’t have a rental car… and drop your car off to you. That was a very nice addition.

This body shop has terrible service reps that will flat out lie to you about part shortages and backorders. They will steal the parts for your work order and use them on other vehicles. If they know that you are using an insurance claim to pay for the repair work, they will not prioritize your car, as they know they already have a check waiting for them. Sadly they do not match the high standard of Mazda and you are better off finding a trusted independently owned repair shop than to go to this place. Excellent and professional place to get your car back to original shape! I unfortunately had been hit a few times driving around Houston. Each time, I made sure I sent my car back here to get fixed. My car was involved in a accident on Christmas Eve. I was hit by a driver fleeing the police. After discovering the driver was not insured, my claim and needs changed at the last minute. The body shop was super flexible and worked with me on the deductible changes, and offered me a rental immediately. I didn't need the rental, but the gesture was appreciated. Took my car in for bumper paint repair, and less than a month later I noticed that the paint had started cracking possibly due to the Texas heat. Went back to R&S Body Shop and Joe not only took care of the repair on the house but also provided a brand new rental car again on the house while my car was in the shop. Joe was very courteous and understood my situation after having done the repair less than a month before. Would definitely recommend anyone who wants excellent and professional quality service to consider R&S Body Shop for their repair servicing needs!

These guys did a great job replacing my bumper! They were very courteous and communicative about repairs and I got my car back on the day they promised I would. They even offered to run it through the car wash again since it had rained since they washed it.

Ryan offered a stellar quote - no frills, and, above all, the price was less than half of what was estimated by other reputable body shops. What's more, buffing a bumper scratch was included at no extra charge. Note that they were my first port of call when shopping around for an estimate, yet they undercut the competition staggeringly.
Phone updates were duly provided, and the job was completed on time. Results: clean vehicle, immaculate repair work!

Took my Honda Civic in for a new bumper, on Monday. Technician said by Friday. They had the car ready a day early!! Looks great again!!!
(Just one thing. Tell the tech in the shop NOT to turn a customer's speakers up double what they were set at. Got a big surprise when I started the car. Had a speaker been blown or I had busted one when then Honda would be paying for the repairs. A customer's vehicle is not for the techs to play with.)

First, their front desk receptionists were rude and unfriendly. I did not feel welcomed the second I walked through the door. Instead of a proper greeting, she just goes "yes?" I was shocked from her attitude and when she asked who I need to see, she was so impatient I almost lost it and wanted to speak to the manager.

I see some people post the best body shop in Houston. I hope that is not the case.

At first I dealt with a man named Daniel, impressionable, he made me feel comfortable with their ability to take care of my truck I (which had less than 13,000 miles on it).
I picked it up a couple days later than estimated at closing time. No biggie about the couple days.
Upon driving home I noticed play in the steering wheel, which wasnt there before.

We had a great experience deal with Russell and Smith after getting into a fender bender. Steve and the young lady at the front desk(can't remember her name) but they were very helpful and made our whole repair smooth. Russel and Smith collision even kept us updated via email of each step/process that they completed and it was a breeze with them dealing with our insurance. I was having an issue with some Ford touch up paint: the YZ "Oxford White" that comes in a touch up pen is a poor match for the color of my 2016 Mustang.
I swung by to ask the paint people at Russell & Smith Collision if they had any advice. The paint guy smiled when I explained my problem, as he knew EXACTLY what I was talking about. He then made me a touch up bottle of paint that is a PERFECT match. Seriously, I can't even tell where it's applied to my car.
Talk about customer service!!! This is how you win customers for life.

I just picked up my car from Russell and Smith. They did a great job on the exterior repairs, the front desk had great customer service. However, after inspecting my car before I paid them over $7K, I saw that my interior was left filthy and it appeared that something had been spilled in my seats. I want to say they do not deserve the one star I'm giving them. Someone hit my car at the end of January, once all the insurance rhetoric was figured out, I chose to deal with R&S collision to repair my 2014 Accord.

The last thing you want to deal with after someone hits you is bad customer service. You have already been inconvenienced with the accident/rental car/waiting on insurance to get it together. So, don't take your car here. The service was all around horrible. I was told my car would be ready Friday, then it wasn't ready until next Tuesday.
