I dropped off my vehicle over a week ago for a warranty repair that I called and verified over the phone with my VIN would be covered and had not expired. The service representative on the phone confirmed that based on my VIN the part and work was covered under warranty. I proceeded to bring my vehicle into service where they again confirmed with my VIN this repair would be covered under warranty. I called for an update a few days later and was notified that the service department had sent in the required documents to Ford to get the repair approved and and the part ordered; I would be notified

Few inventory,but you might find a diamond in the rough here when it comes to New inventory. Great combination in packaging and features on they're trucks. Dealership is well Maintained and clean, employees are polite and professional. Got just the truck I was looking for! Hello my name is Chasity Moore. I purchased my very first car with Russell and Smith Ford July 21st of 2021. I just got it serviced for the first time. Everything appeared to be going smoothly. Upon coming to the dealership I ask could I get my second key to the new vehicle I purchased and I was informed that I couldn't because I waited to long to ask for it. But the problem with that is, "I didn't know I was supposed to get a second key until my spouse ask in late September where is it. And I replied I didn't know I was suppose to recieved one. Due to the chip shortage I needed to order a new truck vs the traditional method of buying what is on the lot. The team at Russell & Smith made this very easy and helped me to be sure I had all the bases covered. I was kept up to speed on the progress all the time.
When the truck arrived they had it prepped and ready for me . The transaction process was smooth and simple. The staff was super friendly and helpful.

I was very satisfied with the service provided by my service provider Lance.
He was very kind and explained things to me very well and got my vehicle finished in a timely manner , and returned to me so clean I thought it was a new truck . I made an appointment and was assured the vehicle was in stock multiple times. I verified this when leaving my home. Then, after driving 45 minutes, the receptionist and sales manager decided to explain that their organization uses multiple systems and procedures so the vehicle may show in stock, though it was sold a day prior.
Besides a condescending tone and treating potential customers like 2nd class citizens, I would be concerned about service after a sale is complete. This disorganization at the sales level reflects the culture and one should consider the long-term relationship here.

Outstanding service experience at Russell & Smith Ford! Earlier this afternoon (Saturday, during Labor Day weekend), I phoned the service department to confirm that they were open and could perform an oil change on my F-150. Miguel confirmed that they were open and told me to come on by! Miguel, Jose and Tyler were all super friendly, and my truck was all taken care of in under an hour, on Labor Day weekend no less! I’ve had consistently great experiences with the service department at Russell & Smith Ford and will remain a loyal customer.
