Genuinely listen to these reviews, I bought an 04 Santa fe and it was a serious lemon. Only offer they gave was that they would do the repairs at a "discount". There was an oil leak, and it caused the alternator to fail. Along with the brakes being in terrible condition along with the tires, I would've been better off buying off facebook. Don't spend your money here, most importantly don't buy used cars from a tire shop like i did.

This place has very friendly professionals and it is at convenient location. Will visit again if need a fast work or inspection.

I've been here a few times for different reasons, from oil changes, uhaul rentals and tow hitch installs. They're always courteous and prompt. The work is always great and have never given me any issues

Wouldn't piss on these people if they were on fire in the desert. I came in after reading decent reviews and wow that was a mistake. I get out of my car and a garage employee greets me with "What do you want?" Already not feeling it. I had called and asked if they had time for an AWD alignment. I walk in the office with another customer present and I'm told to sign in. I sign it and said I need an all wheel alignment and an oil change. The employee doesn't even ask me what oil I want or what type they carry. I asked their employee. 3 hours later, I am out of a work meeting

You know, we bought a vehicle here and we trusted these people to not screw us over, but they did. They knowingly sold a vehicle that had issues and at the end of the day, they tricked us. It was nice at first until they showed their true colors. They sold us a lemon and there’s nothing we can do about it. Beware.

I was sent here for a uhaul pick up. First off their address is wrong and took me to a different area. Then I showed up to the address I got from them when I called to figure out where they were located and their place had a sign on the door saying to go down the street. Then they processed my uhaul and couldn't find the keys!!!! Then gave us a different one and Just told us to go find it... the key didn't work on any uhauls on the lot so I had to go back in and they said I was wrong until one of the workers realized that uhaul wasn't even on their lot! THEN. They had to re process

Best automotive repair experience yet! Extremely friendly staff and hospitable towards kids as we waited for our van to be fixed.

I didn't want to give them not even 1 Star. This place is very unprofessional. They were painting the walls in the waiting room and the smell was giving me a headache. They told me on the phone there were no appointments needed, that I could walk in. An inspection should be 10 minutes. They said. I got skipped after sitting there for 15minutes. Then told it would be another 25 minutes more. I'm on my lunch, not convenient at all. I told them I was there before the other 2 people that just rolled up to get their cars inspected. Get this, they made appointments.

I got a Quote from Steve's Automotive well over $800 and it would take over a day to repair my motor sensors. I check out local shops in the area and found a gem, Reliable Auto was able to take me right away and 3 hours later they not only fixed my car but saved me $600! Thank you!

Efficient and fair pricing. I've come to get my annual state inspection here for the past 3 years. Knocking off one star because I did not observe any COVID safety precautions in place. Every single employee (I've seen 7 during my current visit) was not wearing a mask, and they did not try to maintain their distance from customers. I also observed one employee sneezing consistently with no mask on. Disappointing.

Owners are lovely , kind, congenial, honest, incredibly fast and efficient and communicative prices are extremely fair. Office cat minor also live a up the old timey vibe. Inspection super fast. Rather than force me to buy a new battery they told me about the secret code in my glovebox that would make my stereo function again after battery revived.

They also got my friend's new registration, stickers AnD plates done in two days. Can't recommend highly enough. Need a sixth star.

Came here for my auto inspection without an appt on a Saturday and they were able to get me in and out within 45 min. Friendly staff, great customer service, and they let my dog wait with me inside!

I will never come back here. I took my car here to have the brake pads and rotors replaced on my 2013 Mini Countryman, pretty standard auto maintenance. After picking it up and driving a few blocks away, my check engine light turned on and I had multiple malfunction warnings for my ABS sensor and chassis stabilization. None of these are problems I had before taking my car in. Since I had only gotten a few blocks away, I immediately turned around and brought it back to ask them what was going on.

Came here for a quick vehicle inspection and left feeling completely happy with their service.
You walk in, sign in and wait to speak to one of the employees behind the desk. There were about 3 other people ahead of me but I was gone in less than 25 minutes.
The employees were busy but very friendly and informative. They added my email address and phone number to their system and quickly sent a coupon to my phone for a future visit.
I will definitely be back for my next inspection!

I brought my other vehicle in here a few weeks ago for an old change and inspection sticker. No issues and fast service.

Warning: thus is not a posh-looking facility, but they are seemingly honest and know what they are doing for minor repairs. I'll see shortly after this other car gets inspected.

They also rent U-Hauls, which is an extensive part of their business on the weekends. Moving supplies, padding, boxes, etc are also available for sale .

Great location, nice people who will not cheat you into a service that you don't need.
You can actually trust them to tell you which maintenance you may or may not need
I came here with 3 repair requests that I was told I needed by dealer. Brakes, oil, spark plugs.
Reliable autos told me that brakes, oil, and spark plugs were good for at least another 15k+ miles, after which I should get them checked again.
They could have just done all 3 and charged me for it, but instead decided to tell me the truth

It's my 3rd time coming here for an inspection and oil changes. They are fast and reliable and gave me a list of fluids to check every two wks. Their moving supplies are also priced reasonably.
It's not high end but comfortable enough, especially if you like cats.
