If you want the highest level of customer service then be sure to ask for Tarek Gasper. From the first communication via phone his professionalism never wavered. He had the car pulled up to test drive and did not try to rush me, always patient, accommodating and his respectful personality makes you feel immediately at ease. PLEASE READ...STAY AWAY from this dealership. DO NOT trust a word they say. I recently bought a Jeep Wrangler from this dealership and was told that it was in "immaculate condition, but inside and out". Upon delivery, it was an absolute mess.
1) The Jeep would even shift into first gear. The clutch was almost down on the floorboard and needed a clutch kit job done immediately.
2) The rear main seal was leaking and needed to be repaired.
3) The dealer had used black spray paint on some trim pieces and it must've sat out in the rain shortly after painting. The black spray paint

I purchased a 2016 maserati ghibli with 33k miles in september 2019 and the engine locked up 22 days after driving it off the lot. the warranty did not cover the engine because the oil change was 6 months past due. nxcess did not want to cover it they said maserati should cover it . to make a long story short here i am almost 6 months later still paying for a car i do not have. last month nxcess finally agreed to get me another car but now it's excuse after excuse why they can't switch the car out. at this point i no longer want a maserati because all of them have a lot of issues and

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE! Before I left the lot after they detailed the vehicle the check engine light turned on. They said it's just the gas cap. I took it straight to my mechanic and it failed a state inspection even though they said they just did one for my tags. Then Galveston county calls me saying no inspection had been sent for my tags. The dealership said we must have lost the paperwork or didn't do one. So I brought it back for them to do. They brought me a passed state inspection with the check engine light on.They falsified a state inspection report to his what was wrong

One star is a generous rating after what I have been through with this dealership. I bought a Jeep from here barely a month ago and it has already stopped running. I have taken it to two different mechanics and both have told me it is extremely likely that this vehicle has had flood damage. I was reassured from the salesperson several times at the time of purchase that the car had no flood damage after the recent hurricane. Now I have been trying to contact the manager for a few weeks because I am without a car again and each time I have been told he is too busy. I do not believe they are taking

Worst experience of my life. I am a single mom with two kids and my home and car flooded during Harvey. I came to this dealership and bought a car from David. When I went to pick it up I was told it had been sent to the manufacturer for a software update. After 5 days of getting nowhere (and they cashed my down payment check of $20,000 which I got from insurance) I called the manufacturer myself and found the car had terrible electrical problems and they cant find the issue or correct it. Recently bought our Toyota Camry Hybrid at this dealership and had a great experience as first-time buyers. We were warmly greeted by David who took us to the cars we were interested in and did a great job of explaining the features of each car we looked at. The prices on each car we looked at ranged from fair to great deals, and we never felt that the salesman was too pushy or overbearing. I went here since I saw their sign on the freeway AND electronic marquee advertising that they buy used cars, stating "sell us your car". I walked in, and the somehow not too friendly receptionist asked how they could help. I replied that I saw their sign and wanted a quote for selling my car to them, possibly getting a better offer than one I already received from CarMax

He also recommended I buy a car from him and then let the other bank RE-PO my current car instead of trade in... I've purchased a lot of cars and this is a first. I walked out. When I walked into the showroom here, I felt a little intimidated since I hadn't been referred by anyone or called ahead for an appointment. I walked up to the reception desk and greeted the not-so-friendly receptionist. She didn't smile or ask me how I was doing, but she did say "Can I help you?" ?? And she pages a salesperson to the showroom to help me.
Enter Ivan. This salesman made up for any chilly reception. He was friendly, polite, and a gentleman from start to finish.

Great place to purchase used, good quality cars at a fair price. I was in and out very quickly and was so happy with my purchase. Very fair and not pushy at all. Abraham showed and sold me my beautiful car and he was AWESOME! I would highly recommend him. He really tried to work with me and he was very honest. I recently bought a 08 BMW there and I couldnt be happier with the experience. When I found the listing for the car online I was a bit hesitant because it was at a place that specialized in high end cars. I was expecting a snooty sales staff, lots of runaround, etc.
I was completely wrong! Nxcess had a very friendly staff and it was by far the best car buying experience I've ever had. No runaround, no hidden fees, no rude salesmen.
My salesman Jacek was extremely friendly and put any worries I had to rest. Even after I purchased the car he let me know he'd still be there to help
