Purchased a Ford F350 4x4 diesel from them. Asked if everything worked fine including the 4wd. They said yes in emails and after getting the truck delivered the 4wd doesn't work. I emailed them and told it was sold with the 4wd working. This was the least of my worries with less than 400 miles on this truck the head gaskets were blown. Be very careful of these folks. They will be getting sued if this isn't resolved. All I ask for was the 4wd costs to be covered since I clearly can prove it didn't work when I purchased it. Spent $42k on a nice truck and it's costing me another $10k. Surprised they

Outstanding cars, well built dealership, great customer service! Walked in and asked if I could take pictures of any car. They happily said yes and even moved a few cars out of the way so they could take out one of the nicer ones they had in stock, a very rare and expensive Ferrari 599 GTO. Definitely recommend this place to anyone!

Purchased a Porsche 911 Turbo S from out of state with the help of Cody. I was scanning Car Gurus and found a 2019 Mercedes GLE43 with less that 2000 miles on it from Crave Luxury Auto. Cody York immediately responded to my request for more information. We spoke on the phone. He was courteous and got me the best price from his manager. We agreed on the sale price and he sent the doc-u-sign paperwork within a few hours. He then got me the best price to ship the car (enclosed transport) from Houston to Laguna Beach, CA. I bought the car on Tuesday and had the car in CA by Friday at 11am. I purchased what was supposed to be a very nice 2009 Hummer H2 from Crave in March. I had it shipped to Wisconsin and immediately had problems. Even though their mechanics supposedly inspected the vehicle they missed obvious things like the alignment being off and tire pressures completely out of line (Very high and very low). Shortly after receiving the vehicle and driving it to work and home it stalled while pulling into my driveway. It would die at stop signs. Three mechanics later, thousands of dollars in diagnosis and repairs and now it sits waiting for a crate engine to be delivered. I would
