Lacy is a 27 year old Kansas native residing in Wichita with her boyfriend, dog and two cats. She has a Bachelors Degree in International Business from Wichita State University, and a Masters Degree in Global Management from Thunderbird School of Global Management. Currently she is the Global Sales Manager for McCauley Propellers at Textron Aviation and a Project Manager for Hatchet General Contracting.
Not to mention she is also a licensed aircraft pilot! She's been in and around construction in one way or another for 5 years. Most currently, she has been involved in remodeling and flipping several properties. She has taken several homes on the verge of abandonment and completely renovated them bringing them up to code and modern styling.
Lacy has personally done the work on these properties and they have sold near or over 2x the purchase price. With Lacy's years of large scale project management and client relations experience along with her rapidly expanding knowledge of the construction business and renovations, she can expertly guide you along your project experience from start to finish.

Had an idea brought to life in the form of the building prints for a duplex I'm going to place on a newly purchased lot. Jake had great knowledge of what it was I wanted in the plans and finished well before expected! The digital and printed plans look amazing in color and everything is easy to read and was less expensive than any other drafter I could fine. Looking forward to using Hatchet in future endeavors

Jacob drafted some really high quality house plans compared to all the other drafting services out there! The color really makes a difference, too. Easier to distinguish what needs to be done. HGC charged me less than other quotes I got and their plans are super detailed (and fully colored)
