Craig Sharp Homes is excited to share 3D virtual tours of our latest homes with you. Available 24/7 and updated as new models are completed, our vast number of tours allow you to look through multiple floor plans quickly, and at your convenience. Tours are broken down by main floor square footage, just like our floor plans, for easy navigation.
We are excited to provide virtual 3D models of our homes in the 1400 - 1700 sqft range, displaying 360 degree views throughout. As the first custom home builder in Wichita to offer this unique service, prospective clients will now be able to virtually walk through a floor plan on their own schedule, as many times as they want, and from the comfort of their own home.
Buying or building a home can be one of the most important decisions in a person's lifetime. However, just as important as your new home is where it is located. Each of the neighborhoods below is unique to itself with a variety of properties and amenities. The selected neighborhoods below are where we are currently building or have homes for sale, but we will gladly build a new home in the neighborhood of your choice as we are able.

Craig is building my dream house are we speak.
He is always on time.
Very easy to deal with.
You never feel he is cutting corners or trying to make extra money .
He is doing it the right way and for the right reasons.
He is building 50 homes at the same time but I feel my house is his only project.
I am very very pleased with his work so I couldn’t wait few months in till he is done with my house and felt strongly about expressing my feeling now

After over two years of living in our house built by the team at Craig Sharp Homes we couldn’t be happier. The attention to detail by all the tradesmen is evident by how few issues we have had and how solidly our house was built. The entire team truly went above and beyond, from meetings with Craig and architect Brandon before we had even purchased land on which to build, to weekly meetings during construction with superintendent Bruce, to continued support even after the home warranty period ended. We are really enjoying and are thankful for our house. Thank you to the Craig Sharps Homes team

Craig Sharp homes completed our house about a month ago and we could not be happier. From day one just starting out working on the plans - until the very end - EVERYONE there was beyond great to work with and they all went the extra mile to give us exactly what we envisioned. If you want the craftsmanship done right and want the work done timely then there is no one else that could do a better job. All of his subcontractors are amazingly skilled and the entire team make the process incredibly easy and fun.

Craig Sharp Homes bought the house next door and have shown zero considerations for anyone but themselves since day one. My first 1 star review was met with 'This is not a CSH property'.. Which I now have a handful of call/emails discussing the issues with guess who? Craig Sharp Homes. Put a fence where you want, make noise any hour of the day. It's Craig Sharp's world and were just living in it..
