Nies builds high quality homes. They take pride in the fact that they focus on quality and they help you every step of the way to make selections and keep the job moving. We love our home-the quality and the beauty! They are one of few builders in the area that offered a 2-story plan, which is what we were looking for.

Niece builds some attractive homes, no doubt. And I more than understand that a company needs to minimize expenses where possible and that includes warranty claims. However, when the claim is dismissed outright without personal visits to see the problem and discuss it with the new homeowner, that is a significant problem in my estimation.

I run a family business, so I can definitely appreciate working with Nies Homes who are also a family business. Curtis & Nick & their mother are all very personable and just easy to talk too. They all really listen to you and I just feel like they care ❤ which is rare these days doing business. We're excited to have them help us design & build out Dream Home 🏡

Best home builder in Wichita, KS! Tremendous design team created a custom home that perfectly matched our vision.
