Quinton was our service provider. He was on time. He called 20 minutes in advance to give us advance notice of his arrival. He was courteous and very customer service oriented. He could not fix the unit since it is 21 years old and they do not make parts for the microwave any longer. He was very informative and helpful. I would definitely use this service again for any kitchen appliance service I require.

Like everyone else has said Quinton was totally awesome!! He came to our home today for repair on a three week old dishwasher..he was just simply the best. Knowledgeable, professional, and you can tell a wonderful all around person. I will use this company again and will recommend them to everyone!! No hesitations!!

Quinton went above and beyond to help my mom out, stepping in and up to correct another appliance repair company's mistake, potentially saving her $$$ in hardwood floor damage. Professional and attention to detail, and stayed far longer than the 1 hour allotted in his schedule for the job to ensure it was complete. Highly recommend!

Quintin(service tech) showed up on time and he was very friendly and true professional. He was very thorough identifying the issues and answered all my questions. In the end it only cost me the service charge($49). We highly recommend this company to anyone having issues with their appliances..
