I missed work to stay home for an appointment to have my refrigerator repaired. The tech did not arrive for the appointment or even call me. I learned later that the tech claimed they showed up and no one was home. This was not true, I was home all day with my phone by my side.

They offered to reschedule, but I can't keep staying home for techs that don't show up (or can't just give me a call when they can't make it).

They sent me a bill after this experience.

I called For a GE washing machine repair. Service fee to come out was $155.00 which I was told would be credited toward the repair if I wanted the job done with the technician. The technician said the machine was not working because of "one of two reasons". The first reason was a faulty door latch, and the most likely reason according to the technician. This repair would cost, parts and labour, $404.00. I called Bay Appliance today to make sure the $155.00 would be credited towards the repair. Nope. I asked what if the "most likely diagnosis" did not fix the problem? Do they

Did not show up for appointment to do my repair. Did not call, text or email to state they were delayed or needed to reschedule. My repair was scheduled through a warranty service and their phone seemed to not function half the times I called.

Don't use them!!! One of the most unreliable companies with the most incompetent technician I ever dealt with.
Save time and money by avoiding this incompetent careless company.
My washing machine broke over a month ago and unfortunately the home warranty company assigned the repair to them.

I dealt with this company thru GE appliances . GE contracts some of the repairs with them . The check up service was done on my Ge refrigerator which is 6 months old in May 28 . The guy came without notifying us that he is coming even though their office told me that he was supposed to give us a heads up if he was near. The problem of my refrigerator is frosting / condensation on the freezer . He spent 5 minutes looking around and he's solution is just to close the door of the freezer. When I made my appointment for repair I told him what was wrong with my appliance, Bay Appliance showed up with no parts to repair the unit like he was going to Harry Potter the appliance. And when they ordered the replacement part, they ordered the wrong part. So I call customer service and they don't know how to fix the problem or even call the technician to get the right part ordered. This service is terrible... now they do not know when the part is going to get there, and no one can call me back or I can't even speak to a person in the local office.... I still have a nonworking appliance

Five days I had to take off work to watch a monkey mechanic not do there job. Hire some compitent tecs now I have to take a six day off, and do my laundry at a laundromat what is your issue? Horrible company.

Dealt with them through GE warranty. However, neither them nor GE customer support were pleasant to deal with. The 2 companies do not communicate so I had to be the middle man the entire time. A lot of he said she said, making me waste many hours on the phone and having to babysit both companies. If I didn't call so much, the repair would probably never have been completed. I was so annoyed at one point and asked to speak with their manager. Of course, manager was never present and never called back, even after the 2-3 business days eta.

A few times, GE contracted out work to Bay Appliance Repair and every time they sent a useless, curt person. Their idea of an inspection is pressing the buttons to see if the appliance responds. I can do that too, and I have the courtesy to wear a mask around strangers, unlike these people.

I think the reason they're in business is because they have service contracts. They have no incentive to provide good service because you are not the customer. If your appliance company wants to send you technicians from this company you should reflexively refuse.

I bought my washing machine from Best Buy Dec. 2019 and luckily got the 3 year warranty. Exactly 1 year and 2 weeks later it started to act up. The washer got loud when in use and would leave my clothes very wet when it was done washing. I contacted Best Buy warranty and they scheduled Bay Appliance Repair to come out and I got Alex the repairman. I already got a vibe from him that he did not want to be at my house to do the repairs. He was here a total of 10 mins and told me that nothing was wrong with my machine. He just checked the buttons and ran the water for 10 mins and that was his conclusion

Really great service. The tech, Richard, was prompt and patient. He did a fantastic job explaining why I was seeing issues with my stove and gave me the best approach to resolve them.

An added bonus, these guys have great customer service. They did everything to make sure my stove/oven is fixed and, even worked with my home warranty to ensure I'm reimbursed.

If I have any issues with my appliances, these are the guys I'll be calling first.

After two visits to repair my ice maker they are still unable to fix it. They are refusing to send someone back out in a timely manner, and instead are waiting for parts to arrive for an unrelated issue. The manager has no interest in a timely resolution. Incredibly unprofessional.

Today, I had a very unsettling experience with this company's technician, and with the follow up assistance AFTER the unsettling experience

1. the technician was opposed to wearing a mask
2. the technician was demanding in manner
3. the technician was not apprised to the repair needs
4. the technician told me to supply him with towels & then told me the towels I gave were not acceptable
5. the technician left without fixing the washing machine
6. the follow up phone assistant refused to send another technician

Our Wolf electric cooktop was broken since April.
American Home Shield assigned different service company at first, which came 4 times, replaced all possible parts and still could not fix it.
After a lot of back and forth we requested second opinion and thankfully, Bay Appliance was assigned to service our cooktop. On the first visit they identified the issue, ordered the needed part and the cooktop is fixed. Great customer service, knowledgeable people and pleasure to do business with. Thank you!

So far, completely irritated and dissatisfied with the "service" that this circus provides.

We were forced to use these clowns because our home warranty program is tied to them.

Our high-end LG refrigerator's touch screen control panel went dead about TWO MONTHS ago. So far, they've made FIVE "service" calls, and given FIVE excuses for why it hasn't been fixed.

Yesterday's call resulted in our refrigerator shutting down completely, a situation that we didn't notice until several hours after the fact. We called the tech and he advised a cold reboot
