It was quick and the problem was diagnosed in 10 min. The microwave was working same day. Technician was nice and knowledgeable. The only thing that was not made clear was that the appointment was a 2 hour window and the tech showed up at 9am vs. 8am that I thought he was going to be here, but that was not an issues on that day. Thank you.

Wow! I’m new to the Delray market, needed to have an appliance repaired. Called General Appliance Services. I scheduled and appointment, and advised I knew the part number that needed to be replaced with the appointment setter...unfortunately she didn’t get it! When the tech called I explained it to him and he was amazing! He contacted his manager and recommenced I purchased a more expensive part but the overall cost would be less as I could install myself! WOW this is a great company who cares about their customers! In the future, if I need an appliance repair, I will always call General Appliance

I am extremely pleased with General Appliance Center. The technicians, Norm and Jacob, were quite pleasant, polite, and professional. They immediately diagnosed the problem with my dish washer and repaired it quickly. Not only were they efficient at fixing my dishwasher, but went over and above to clean all debris that went on my floor as a result of my problem within the dishwasher. I will definitely recommend and continue to use this company for all of my future appliance services.

Rob came out on time and was extremely professional - even wearing booties so not to dirty the floor. He diagnosed the problem quickly and ordered the part right on front of us. Three days later he returned again on time and install the piece with ease. Also tested everything to make sure working correctly.
