Since 1987, Floormasters' team of certified installers has efficiently and cost-effectively delivered a wide variety of flooring, including top-performing carpet, sheet vinyl and vinyl plank with product and service warranties.
We implemented a comprehensive recycling program - carpet, padding, cardboard and plastic are sent to recycling plants. We have installed motion-activated lighting and water-control devices throughout facilities. Between Hayward and Sacramento we recycle 1,300,000 square yards, which is 852 miles, of carpet annually.

The Floormasters Customer Portal provides online access to manage one or multiple budgets. All projects can be tracked from start to finish through the Floormasters Customer Portal, which not only provides up to date information about projects in process, but also a prorate calculator, historical information about installations, accounting statements and invoices.
All installers are properly trained and have certification in the flooring material that Floormasters offers. In addition, Floormasters is constantly looking at ways to improve installation with tools and new techniques. Because of this, Floormasters is more than happy to back all of its installation work for two years and provide a service warranty that includes re-stretching and repairs resulting from normal use.

Floormasters is just one of the worst flooring company to do business with. If you are ready to be treated with rudeness and disrespectfulness, then this is the company you need to get in contact with.
Customer and installers crew are the most nasty and rude individuals I've ever done business with.
Avoid, Avoid, Avoid, doing business with this people by all means.
