I absolutely loved my experience at this store. First of all, Abi was lovely to work with, had a great selection of carpets, and was very patient in answering all of our questions. Secondly, he made taking the carpets we were interested in home and seeing them in our living room a very easy process. Third, once we had identified what we wanted to buy, he worked with us to get a fair price. I will definitely return to this store when I want another carpet! They have so many beautiful ones!

My experience purchasing a rug from Artsy was wonderful. I gave Abi very specific parameters for the rug I desired regarding overall dimension, pattern and individual symbol sizes. It took a bit of time for him to find the right one for me- but it was well worth the wait because it’s absolutely perfect for me.

I was highly impressed with the service I received from start to finish when I brought a small oriental rug to be cleaned and refurbished by Artsy Rugs. They cleaned it a second time without extra charge even though it was the fault of going way too long without cleaning. I had expected to pick it up, but they delivered it to me at my senior residence. It looks great!

Highly recommend to stop in!! Have been looking for rugs and found exactly what I wanted at Artsy in downtown Palo Alto. I hadn’t planned on shopping for rugs that day and was always slightly intimidated by the shop, or any Persian rug shop for that matter. I couldn’t resist one of the patterns on a rug folded near the door that caught my eye as I walked by. I took a chance, walked in, and Servet and his colleagues started laying out the rug and rugs in similar design and color. We absolutely loved the rug and the owner and his employees were very helpful.
We live in Monterey and I saw this rug on line and called the owner Servet Abi . He and his employees brought the rug from Palo Alto and it was on my living room floor by 7pm.
All went very well and the rug is fantastic .
I highly recommend this store.

The rugs here are very high quality and Servet provided excellent guidance to help us choose rugs that would match our house. He was exceptionally patient--bringing rugs to our house to let us try them out and providing expert design guidance. He sent his team over to rearrange the rugs a couple of times after we bought them. He was most concerned that we were happy with our purchase and we are. He is expert on rugs as he passes on the knowledge of generations. I wish I had gone to see Servet at Artsy Rugs first instead of wasting so much time going to other stores. We were looking for a new area rug for our home. Servet did a great job narrowing down rugs based on our preferences. He also brought home a few rugs that we shortlisted. We finally chose one and he did a great job laying it out and telling us about care and maintenance instructions. He and his staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. The showroom on University Ave is clean, well-lit and nicely done.

They recently helped us with the purchase of two beautiful Indian rugs for our living room and family room. Servet was knowledgeable, without being pushy, and very service-oriented. They brought a selection of 20+ rugs to our home to see which looked best in the rooms, and then brought floor mats at no additional charge. I had a wonderful experience at the Artsy store in Palo Alto. Working with Abi was a pleasure. He’s straight-talking and unpretentious, and he very quickly sensed what colors and styles of rug would appeal to me, never losing patience with my questions or uncertainties. He has a good eye and makes great choices for what will suit a particular room.
The store may look small but their selection is excellent. And every rug has a label on it that shows its price; in another rug store I’d been to, that was not the case and it felt a bit shady. I got a great deal at Artsy and I found the experience

On our first visit to the store, Servet Abi greeted us and showed us a beautiful assortment of rugs in the styles and sizes we had in mind. From there, he arranged to have a really nice assortment of 8' x 10' and wide/long runners brought to our home so we could decide if any would work perfectly for us.

We have purchased rugs throughout the years, and get them home and wasn't really happy with them. We walked into Artsy Rugs and Suzanne waited on us. She offered to come to our home to see what would look good. She came back a second time with ten beautiful rugs so we could see what they would look like on our floor. This made a world of difference seeing the rug on the floor and seeing how well it went with the rest of the house. This was by far the best time we had when purchasing a rug, stress free and fun.
