This review is long overdue. Wes came and installed a whole new AC Condenser unit for my home earlier this year and I am so happy my new unit and the service Wes provided. From coming out to give me an estimate and the installation and being available for all my questions/texts, Faith AC & Heating did an awesome job. Wes and his crew went above and beyond for me. Changed out both air conditioner and furnace from 1970s equipment to new. Relocated the furnace from a hall closet to my attic. Worked with me all the way thru and did a fantastic job! Super friendly, safe in covid and highly efficient. Would recommend 100%

I wanted to live with the replacement a/c and heating system that Faith Air Conditioning and Heating installed for me for a little bit before posting this, but I could not be more impressed with this company's work nearly 7 weeks later.

My AC unit went out and within the hour I had someone at my door to help. Joe worked on the unit and gave exceptional service. He was knowledgeable, efficient, and very helpful. Turns out it was a problem that required an electrician. He worked for over an hour and never charged for his service. We have used this company before and I highly recommend them. Customer service is a rarity today and Joe took his service to the next level!

Wes and Joe just spent all day in the blistering heat getting a complete HVAC system up and running for my new condo. When local competitors left me waiting for days for an estimate, Wes maintained regular text contact and came in with a VERY competitive quote that he was able to honor the very next week.

This past week I had my HVAC replaced by Faith Air Conditioning & Heating. Wes was very informative about what system would be best based on the square footage of my house. Joe came to install the system and was very professional throughout the entire installation. Due to some issues with my attic, it did take 1 1/2 days to install. This meant I would be without A/C until the next day. Joe offered to go to Home Depot and purchase a window air conditioner for me. 10/10 outstanding service and fixed the problem fast! Wes is the man! We highly recommend. My husband drilled into the furnace and all the freon leaked :( we called Faith Air and came the same day to see what they could do. I am writing about the incredible service I received from Faith Air Conditioning and Heating. At about 4:30 in the morning on New Year's Eve (Thurs), we were awoken by a loud and awful grinding noise coming from our furnace which sounded like an airplane was landing in our attic. I requested a quote on Yelp from several local HVAC companies, but was afraid that we were not going to get any responses because of the holiday. Other companies responded quickly, but told me they wouldn't be able to come over until Monday.

I used them About a year and a half ago to service my system, did some repair work, and took me from a disaster to a completely working system at a wonderful price, quality, and service.
Today I called because I was having some issues with my system, totally unrelated to any issues that I use them for last time. They showed up, completely Covid ready, completely checked out my System, found the issue, and in a very short time had me up and running.
When I asked for the bill, the answer to me was thank you for using us, and they would not take a dime

A/C not cooling house we so reached out on Yelp for a review. Wes responded and was available on a Saturday.
Both guys showed up in masks and wore shoe covers coming into the house. Really awesome of them to be so considerate, especially with kids in the house.
Service was great, they came on time, diagnosed the issue and had to leave to get a unique part from a supplier. Came back and in 15 min the capacitor was fixed. They will be my go to for any HVAC issues in the future.

My experience with Faith Heating and Air conditioning was exceptional. Our air conditioner died in the evening during a heatwave and I wasn't hopeful that I would find someone to fix the problem the next day. I called Faith and Joe was out that afternoon exactly on time. Joe was personable and efficiently checked my system. I would recommend this company to anyone in need of service.
