Our 30 year old rooftop ac/heat combo unit stopped running cold air. We decided to upgrade to a new system that uses the new refrigerant. These guys were polite and pro installing a new unit. They took care of scheduling the crane, and pulling the permit and had us chilling again in no time.

This is my second review of IComfort. A couple of years ago they installed a new AC/heating system in my mom's house. We reached out to them again to do the same in our house as our system was over 40 years old. Justin came over and gave us a couple of options particular to our home. George, Freddie, and the crew at iComfort did a phenomenal job on our particularly challenging project, our 'new' home, a large 1932 hunting retreat that we are remodeling to live in. The 4000 foot, two-story, split level hunting retreat, had no room for ducting, and barely room for refrigerant lines. The attic space was seriously overbuilt, leaving almost no room for a person to move around, let alone mount HVAC equipment. Cory is great to work with and very easy going. Our unit needed maintenance and then had a few issues with parts. After getting everything taken care of our unit is working great and we have heat again! I love that they take pictures and document things very well, they are able to show you what is needed not just explain which is a bonus to me! What a professional company! If I could give them 10 stars I would. I recently had them install a complete HVAC system (condensor, coils, furnace) and their work was terrific. They showed up on exactly on time, they worked efficiently and cleaned up as they went along. The guys that came out to do the work were courteous and professional and did an excellent job with the install. Everyone I dealt with at Icomfort were very professional, knowledgeable and did exactly what was asked of them. Anytime I called with a question they responded immediately. We have been very happy with the maintenance service we receive from iComfort. Luis, one of their technicians, has serviced our HVAC system over the years and is always professional, knowledgeable and courteous. He does an excellent job.

Yesterday after a very bad experience with 2 hvac company's my prayers were answered. Upon a recommendation from a friend I called IComfort HVAC inc. Upon my first call I was immediately connected to a courteous and friendly receptionist named Arlene who was able to set a same day appointment. She told me that before the tech arrives that she would call me prior to his arrival. We were experiencing a heat wave and did not expect same day service, let alone to have our system back in service. Another company over charged us to replace the condensate pump without exploring why it stopped working as it should have. Josue came out and explored the problem. He wore a mask, shoe protection in the house and laid a covering to protect our floor. He mentioned some problems that should have been spotted by the two techs from the other company but were not. He diagnosed a clogged tube. He cleaned and sanitized the tube and the unit is working again. In addition he also suggested some fixes for some jerry rigging that occurred when the AC unit was first installed. So simple, right? The other company

I had them out to our home. The technician was very polite and very professional when it came to communicating with the client but there were some concerns later. He lacked the supplies in the equipment needed to do the job. The overall job cost was $1,400 which ways to remove the blower fan the housing and clean the condenser coils of build-up then check the external unit for any leaks. A little bit pricey but because of his professionalism in the beginning I trusted this decision. Unfortunately throughout the entire process I was requested for miscellaneous items he didn't have on his utility

Then the guys show up, a reflection of the owner, Jorge and the company culture he has cultivated in the company. II had icomfort come out to look at my noisy ac unit. It was still working but making an awful noise. Then it just died. The tech arrived on time and went to replace the condenser fan motor but it turns out the fan blade was really the problem. Since the unit was 36 years old a replacement fan blade was not available. I wound up finding a nos replacement fan on the web and installing myself (with some help) but I would not hesitate calling icomfort again for any future repairs..

I chose this company through Yelp. Awesome service! I called On a Monday morning to have my Nest installed and they were able to fit me in the same day. The technician was professional and arrived within the specified time frame. He covered his shoes in my house, which I appreciate greatly as we don't wear shoes in our house. He came and installed my Nest and it worked great for a second. The technician worked hard to make sure the issue was not with the Nest or our equipment.
