I called his company on the recommendation of someone who had use them you install a new system on their house so they came out during a heatwave and on a Sunday to finish up some things and the charge was fair and reasonable.
I needed the filter replaced in the unit and the unit serviced I called I spoke with Chris who arrange for Monday service as my friend had trouble getting the filter system out of the ceiling. DO NOT PURCHASE "HVAC Design & Consultation Program"!!! This is absolutely a fraudulent scheme to take your money and not respond to any request. I have sent an email requesting a refund and will not remove this review until I get a refund. It's actually a shame that this person is using his previous service in the military (if this is indeed true) to scam people of money. STAY AWAY and DO NOT give this company any money!

I just read an article this company posted about how to get a good hvac price. They say VERY uneducated things in the article ( like there are only two sizes of line sets) and come up with pie in the sky numbers on HVAC equipment. This is another click-bait website designed to sell ad space. Good on them for doing well at it, I suppose. Also they act as if commercial HVAC work is fundamentally more complex and difficult to master than residential HVAC work. They are, for the most part, two different industries. I agree with some of the other posts that ASM is a scam!! Stay away. I signed up for their HVAC program that they tout on their website on Nov 27, 2018 at 4:45am eastern time, and after paying $29.95 and signing in, it showed that my credit card was charged, but their website stated the start date for using the program was invalid and my access expired. This was MINUTES after paying my money. I submitted a ticket, and they didn't respond. I submitted another ticket the next day, and again they didn't respond. I tried using their chat app, and it's an automated bot that doesn

We were disappointed in ASM's service. We were looking for timely information on costs for a three zone system in SoCal. We signed up for their $29, 3 day service and attempted to fill out the questionnaire. The site was confusing in attempting to input for a three zone system and the result was a recommdation to install 3 distinct systems.
We sent in an email request ( they have no phone number listed to contact them for questions) to contact us to help us before the three day trial was complete. After 6 days we have yet to heard from them.

I tried very hard to give ASM the opportunity to do a new HVAC system install including duct work. My wife and I had our system die on us and at 33 years old it was time to replace. I had to send an email and leave two messages until on the third call Mike finally answered. I get that they are busy. Just about every bad review touch's on the inability for them to communicate. I'm giving it a 3 out of 5 based on the overall value of their site (ASM-AIR.COM), not because of the $29, $39, or $59 consulting programs they sell. I bought a 7 day "Gold Access" support. I called them twice and never got a call back. I submitted 2 "ticket questions" but never got a response. I even submitted a review that is very similar to what you are reading here, but they did not put it on their site.
That said, I am not complaining as the value of ASM-AIR is the wealth of information I got out of reading all about HVAC systems, features, SEER, AFUE, etc.

I interviewed about nine HVAC contractors in total. Since this was my first remodel and my first HVAC experience, I really had no experience or sense of what to expect. My air conditioner died during one of those hotter-than-July November days. The split system was more than 10 years old, so I went online to research the various innovations, options, and configurations available to me. After reviewing various manufacturer's websites, customer reviews and checking for rebates and incentives for upgrading HVAC systems, I called a local repair company to diagnose my system.

As promised in my original message I am commenting on the reply from the owner. The owner made contact with me 4/1/2018 (his message to was posted in the thread by the owner). He refunded the cost of the web app service and requested more detailed information resolve the web app issue, so I consider this a proactive solution. There was no reason given for the delay, only that this is not his Yelp page, but a subcontractors page, but that does not and he did not explain the lack of response to e-mails, phone calls/voicemail, or a 'support ticket'. Bottom line, he refunded my money

There is a lot of useful information on the web site, and they pulled me in with their teaser ads regarding the HVAC Design & Consultation Program. I bought the Silver 3-day access pass for $29.95, relying on the fact that they have a "Money-Back Guarantee" seal at the bottom of the consultation program landing page. I found the company on the internet and saw some positive reviews, so I decided to call them. I needed an installation of A/C unit on a house that I just purchased. The person that I spoke with was Mike. He seemed like a very nice man. He arranged the time and date when he can stop by and give me an estimate. I had to wait for 3 hours before Mike showed up at my place. He gave me some silly excuse on why he was late. But that was fine. Of course, my crappy old air conditioner decided to conk out right before a record breaking heat wave. Just my luck. It was obvious that it was time to replace the old POS. Just by dumb luck, I stumbled upon the All Systems Mechanical web page. I was impressed with the information they provided in their blog. Lots of good stuff there. Anyhow, when i saw they were local I scheduled an appointment for an estimate.

After doing months of research on Air Conditioning installation companies, I chose ASM for their expertise and customer service. You wouldn't believe the crap some of the "sales" people would say just to get me to buy from them. ASM replaced my furnace and A/C and added a zoning system at my request.

The church I pastor faced a potential disaster going into Christmas when both of our furnaces went out just as a cold front descended on the Valley with freezing temperatures.
