Yes, there really is a Rose at "Rose, the Kitchen Lady LLC". That's me, Rose Robbins, the Kitchen Lady herself! It all started when I graduated with a Bachelor of Sciences in Architecture and Urban Development from the Catholic University of Santos-Sao Paulo, in my native land of Brazil. I emigrated to the United States in 1988, got married and started raising my family.
Rose, the Kitchen Lady LLC carries some of the finest brands available of custom, semi-custom and stock cabinets. One of them is sure to be perfect for your kitchen or bathroom remodel, and your budget too! Countertops are our specialty. We proudly feature Dekton, the most stain, heat and scratch resistant counter surface available bar none.
We remodel kitchens and baths, closets, laundry rooms, fireplaces and any other interior spaces in your home. Our free initial consultation gives us a chance to get to know each other and learn more about the project without risk to you. Our full consultation costs $200 (credited towards the project cost on the final invoice) and includes site measurement, a preliminary design and cost estimate(s).

John was very professional and did an excellent job of designing my kitchen, eliminating a passthrough window, moving my closet and adding lights. This opened the floor plan for an island. All this while Co-Vid was breaking out in March 2020.

I cannot recommend Rose highly enough! She was absolutely wonderful to work with and our bathroom and master closet renovation turned out better than we could have imagined. Rose was responsive, understanding, and happy to work with us on exactly what we wanted within our budget. She took care of everything - she helped us design the bathroom, figure out the closet layout, she coordinated all of the vendors and their schedules. We never had to worry about anything, Rose took care of it all.
You should absolutely hire Rose for your next house project, you will not be disappointed!

I was looking for a specific stone wall tile for my fireplace that was sold out everywhere. I reached out to a number of stores who either responded with a delay of months or flat out they could not get it. I started to consider other tile options, until I stumbled across Rose, The Kitchen Lady. Not only were they able to source the exact tile I wanted, they had the best pricing and they had it delivered right away! Rose is incredible and I highly recommend her! We hired her to renovate (full demo) our master bathroom and closet, which were dated and gross. She turned the space we had into a beautiful master suite. Rose handled everything for us - she designed the layout, helped us figure out what style we wanted to go with, worked with our budget, & scheduled all of the vendors, so that we never had to worry about a thing. Any time a problem came up, Rose always had a solution. She got the project done in her original time frame, which is exactly what we were hoping for!

We have spent 18 months designing and building our dream ski house in the Catskills. In our finished basement we needed a ceiling that was accessible to get at the radiant heating, plumbing etc if needed. The problem is that the ceiling tiles that are commonly available are truly hideous - either they look like the moon surface or come in garish colors. Richard who we worked with at Rose, the Kitchen Lady showed us that tasteful alternatives did exist through their woodtrac range. Ordering was simple and efficient and pricing was competitive. Working with Rose, we started from scratch to build a custom bathroom and closet in our unfinished attic space. She was very helpful, knowledgeable and cost conscious of our budget. She made the whole process seamless. She was always very responsive to emails/phone calls and even went out of her way to go to our house to accept a cabinet delivery while we were out of town. We will definitely use her again if we have any redesigning needs!

All in all it went fine. The end result is simply beautiful. There were some glitches here and there, as might be on any large, complex project. But if a problem did come up, Rose and Richard were quick to respond. They clearly put the customer first. They were there throughout the project overseeing everything and problem solving when needed. They clearly regard customer satisfaction as their highest measure of success. I give them a "B" for punctuality only because the project took longer than expected (some of that was our doing), but some was the result of the challenges associated with coordinating
