We reached out to Mike's to repair our leaking hot tub. We just had it relocated and it developed a leak as a result. They charge you $195 just for a service call - and you have to pay that up front. They scheduled the service call and I waited at home all day for them to show. They did not. No call to tell me they couldn't make it or reschedule. I had to call them. They did send someone the next day. The service tech took the tub all apart and believed he tracked down the leak. He had to share his findings with the office to get parts ordered. I had to continuously call them for a status

Caveat Emptor! I wish I had checked the reviews before we purchased a hot tub from Mike. We paid $5k and were told to expect delivery in 2.5 months. Six months later...still no hot tub, but we did have plenty of excuses. Finally, we had a delivery date, but then they tried to charge us hundreds more for the exact same job that they quoted us for more than six months earlier. They denied what they had agreed to do and even tried to put words in my mouth about doing some of the project myself which was rather insulting.

Service went to ZERO after the purchase. Here’s what the tub looks like with their “3 month trial” of their tub maintenance program — algae, foam, unusable! They showed up once then NEVER again. BBB has them at a “D-“ rating. I wish I saw that earlier.

1. The spa was absolutely paid for in full. To represent otherwise is a lie and speaks volumes for how you operate.
2. I’ve paid 50% of the the “installation” fee (as agreed) with the remaining 50% to be paid upon your securing a Permit (as agreed in writing

Delivered Sep 2020. Bought the Utopia series Niagara Caldera brand. This is the top of the line Caldera (3 levels) second largest. Very satisfied with the quality. Took a while to get here because of Covid but Mike controlled our expectations well on that. The tub is beautiful -- white interior, gray exterior, very spacious, although in hindsight probably would have gone for the largest for a couple grand more. We bought a hot tub that they used as a display and they promised that it was in perfect condition. Six months later the hot tub broke down. When we called them to fix it they took a month and half to come out. Then, when we opened the tub the valve that needed to be replaced was covered in duct tape. They did not apologize for selling us an already broken hot tub and they charged us for the service to change the piece. Back in 2013, we purchased an eight-seater unit. The team came and delivered it on time and we have had fantastic customer service and warranty work that was covered over the last five years. They communicated with us at all times if something had to be replaced and always helped us and cost-cutting and savings on using the hot tub in the most optimized manner. I would highly recommend checking them out if you’re in the market for a Hot tub.

This is a terrible company, strongly recommend never to buy a hot tub from them. I hv been having problems with my tub since middle of summer. Maybe 4 years old. They said they needed parts and would take three weeks, after three weeks I called and they said they never ordered it and would take another three weeks. I called again and said another couple weeks. Parts eventually came but did t fix the problem. So they had to order more parts. The way they bill u is, u pay up front for service and parts..whether the parts are what u need or not. I think they just replace parts till it starts working

Horrible customer service experience, ordered a hot tub from these guys. Delivered it on the wrong day, messed up the ground level when they did deliver it and told me "nothing we can do about it" (although to be fair it could have been the contractor that laid the gravel, each are pointing their finger at the other). Was supposed to come with a free in-house water consultation and initial setup. Was told my sales person had quit and to call back in a few weeks for the consult. Great experience from beginning to end, We had Mike and his team do the whole job including granite as it made the whole process go smoothly. His prices are very competitive and fair, we know people who paid 30% more for the same job we got from Mike.

My husband and ! really researched where to buy cabinets,what kind would last the longest and where we could get quality service at the best price. We got several estimates ,as people should ,and basically found that our kitchen would cost around 20,000.
MY husband found Mike's basically by accident online and thank god we took a drive to CT !

Very happy this place exists. It was so easy to buy a fabulous bed at a very good price that was delivered the very same day. My tolerance level for complicated transactions no longer exists and the staff at Mike's made my transaction effortless. What more can you want? Also like the doggy in the store.
