If you have Geico/Travelers insurance, my sincere advice is to stay as far away as possible from West Coast Restoration and Nathan Raymond. He will not keep his words and ditch you right when he gets his money.
I called Nathan for estimate when I had a leak at my condo and wanted to not involve insurance. He gave me a verbal quote of around $1500 for restoration which made me go the route of filing insurance claim which has $1000 deductible. Nathan pitched me that 80% of his job is to fight for his clients with the insurance adjuster and that he will sort out all insurance dealings for me. I had

I am a Floridian that has a condo in San diego where I spend a few months of the year to escape the Miami heat. I have owned homes and had all kinds of work done on them for 20 years. West Coast Restoration was by far the most courteous and professional business I have ever dealt with. They arrived on time, cleaned my upholstery right then and took my rugs for cleaning. I had just had a minor disaster at the house and the rugs ended up so filthy I was sure I would need to throw them out. But when they brought them back the following week they looked amazing. I came home from a night out with some friends. And there was water coming out of my front door. I immediately panicked. Apparently a water line had burst and was leaking water all over my house. Even though it was after hours, Ray and his team were at my house quickly and immediately got to work. They were able to help clean and repair the water damage quickly so that wouldn't have a mold problem. Once they finished, it looked like new with very minimal long term damage

I have been dealing with West Coast Steam Clean since their inception, and I have never been disappointed with their service - and most of all, the exceptionally respectful and attentive customer service. Their technicians always come dressed in official company attire with what looks like gleaming brand new state-of-the-art equipment. My carpet (and kitchen/bathroom tiles BTW!!!) end up looking brand new, and I feel like I am dealing with experienced professionals rather than the rabble that used to be sent out by whatever random company I would call. Additionally, their prices are reasonable
