Had a manager come out on 10/26 to measure and provide a quote for 2 small windows at my rental property. David said he would get back to me the next day with the quote. When 2 days went by and I didn't hear back I called and inquired. The woman I spoke with was shocked that I was told that and said it takes at least 2 weeks to get a quote back. When 3 weeks went by I called again. The woman I spoke with said she would look into it and get back to me. Never did. I decided to email to get some answers. The owner, Jay, responded apologizing and promising to get to the bottom of the matter. David

We needed 2 pie shaped windows replaced as well as a custom made glass top to accommodate a larger tv. They came out and took measurements and promised to give us an estimate. We waited. . . and waited . . . finally my wife called back and left a message. No response. Another call. No response. A third and final call. Again no response. Why bother coming out to look over a job and then never provide an estimate? An undesirable job? Fine. Let us know so we can move on. Took time away from work for the estimate and for what? We shouldn't have to chase someone for an estimate. Now, a month later

What a great place!!!!
Today I spent 2 hours at 6 locations looking for two small mirrors to make a periscope for my son who's about to go into kindergarten. I didn't try Weaver Glass initially because I knew they were closed. But, on my drive home I passed it, saw it was indeed closed, but noticed the garage door open out back. I went over and spoke to Jason just to ask him where he though I might be able to find the small mirrors I was looking for. 2 mins later, he handed over custom cut and sanded mirrors for my son at the exact measurements I was looking for. And he wouldn't

I had weaver cut a glass topper for my dining table, I used the dimensions of the table from the website I got it from. It ended up being too big (they rounded the measurements up). Called Weaver back to see if there was anything they could do, they gladly took it back and were going to cut it again for free. It ended up being a labor intensive job and had to charge a small fee, I was more than happy to pay it. Staff is knowledgeable and friendly and they charge reasonable prices.

I can't say enough great things about Weaver Glass! Jay and his team did a beautiful install; his measurements were careful to include the wonky non-square nature of my 1960 house and walls and fit like a glove, and he even caught a construction mistake that could have caused problems down the road for us if he hadn't pointed it out so we could bring it up to our GC and have it corrected! The team that installed were efficient, friendly and professional, and cleaned up after themselves. I'd recommend without hesitation!

I own a retail store and a customer broke our large glass door by accident and I called Weaver Glass and explained my situation. I needed the door fixed ASAP and was willing to pay cause I knew someone was going to have to drop what they were doing to come tend to my problem. In short order Paul and Jay got me a very reasonable quote and had the door fixed in short order. Couldn't be happier and want them to know I appreciate them helping me out when I needed the help. The door looks great and most of all its safe for my customers.

I needed a replacement part for a double hung window I had installed several years ago. Weaver glass was willing to help if I could find the name of the manufacturer. I finally found a sticker on the window frame with information that made no sense to me. I called Weaver and they searched the net to find a company, Parker Glass in Gardner, that sells my windows. I would have never been able to know what to search for or which information on this sticker is important without the help of Weaver Glass.
