Had these folks camera a main drain line to see what was causing periodic blockages. the camera quality was terrific and the locator was very helpful to understand where the lines were routed. We found the likely cause and continue to monitor since the repair would require floor and foundation removal.

Called to have a kitchen faucet leaked. Spoke with Hyram. He said he was pretty much booked for the day but would try to squeeze me in if possible. Received a text a few hours later saying he could fit me in. His last job for the day was running late but he kept me informed an indicated he would still make it. He stuck to his word an came fairly late in the evening. He came and did a great job. I'm sure he wanted to call it a day and address us the nex day but stuck to his word and again did a great job. Thanks.

HIP home service and drain was very quick to response about my inquiry and schedule an appointment within 48 hours. They were knowledgeable and beyond helpful in completing the work to pass our four point home inspection. Two new bathroom faucets were installed, a toilet was repaired and a leak was corrected. We will definitely be contacting and hiring them in the future for any of our plumbing needs!

He uninstalled old sink faucet in my bathroom and installed new one. He also corrected error in old installation in piping. Very nice and professional young man. I'm so happy to have found a plumber that I can trust.

They were great. I had a leak from my kitchen faucet, which is a very nice and discontinued Moen. I sent a few pictures, they scheduled the work, came in very professional, clean, quick. Now my faucet is back to normal. I will definitely use them again!

Two gentleman appeared to do all the right things. Polite, on-time, explained options for installing toilets. Well, after installing toilets, we had major problems with backup into the showers, (gross!). They never answered our calls. They were supposed to provide us with a free inspection in addition. They never did so. They charge a lot of money to power clean the lines, but another plumber explained that they broke up the calcium, but never flushed it out to the sewer line. So big pieces of calcium and rust severely clogged the line. Hey, if you make a mistake, admit it and come back and

Being on time is one of my biggest concerns, Hyran was very punctual as a matter of fact he arrived 10 to 15 mins early. He completed the job, with no hesitation. I consulted 2 other businesses, there advise was not profitable, it could have made things worse.

We had a handful of plumbing issues (dishwasher drain clogged, water filtration system improperly installed, kitchen faucet leaking into the base cabinet under it) that eventually achieved critical mass and needed to be addressed. On top of that, our home is fairly old and was not maintained well by a previous tenant, so we weren't sure what additional work might be discovered while fixing those issues.

We reached out to H.I.P and were visited by Hiram, who was clearly knowledgeable. He gave us a competitive estimate, and completed the work in a few hours on the same day.

The H.I.P. representative was professional, knowledgeable, and hard-working. His pricing was reasonable. He did the job in a fair amount of time.
The shut-off value on the side of my home was malfunctioning. He dug out the pipe around the valve. Then, he cut-off a bent piece of PVC and replace it, before replacing the shut-off valve itself.
I am glad we went with H.I.P. Our plumber’s name was Hyram. He does excellent work. Nice guy.

After going back and forth with this contractor multiple times on Yelp, I accepted each of his proposed appointment times, he keeps putting me off until the following day. The initial appointment was scheduled Friday night for Saturday afternoon. He didn't show up Saturday and said he would come Sunday since I answered him Saturday morning (the following day). After asking him to confirm the rescheduled appointment he made for today (Sunday), he now won't come until tomorrow (Monday).

Not once has he contacted me via phone to confirm anything. He just sends a poorly worded email

Great Guy that worked with my schedule. He was able to come out and work on my project despite it being very small. He worked very quickly and offered great advice.

When you need a plumber, you want someone you can trust. They were responsive, even on New Years Eve! We scheduled an appointment, they arrived on time and did the job like pros. Peace of mind is worth the money, and I'd recommend to anyone!

Exceptional and Honest business. That's all I have to say. I asked for a certain part to be installed and explained my problem. Others came back to me quoting me a huge job costing $700 or more. Others didn't ask me questions relating to and to help resolve my issue. It seems that the others are out to take advantage of you. I will recommend this company to anyone who I come across needing plumbing work done.
